Roughly, the order is:
First generation:
"HISUI" (1996 self-titled demo)
"REAL WORTH" omnibus (1996ish; contributed track: "jibou jigo")
"Demeanor de Curtain Raiser" (sometime after that, no vocalist)
Second generation:
"HISUI I" demo (1997)
"Desert Moon/Sight Before" demo (also around 1997)
"Forbidden Pleasure vol. 2" omnibus (1998; contributed track: "TIME")
"not never clap eyes on heaven" album (1998 )
Third generation:
"ningyou no youna watashi" demo (1999)
I think "HISUI II" might have been an alternate name for the Desert Moon/Sight Before demo, which I'm not sure had a real name at all.
Don't quote me on those precise dates, I don't have the real things in front of me and the internet is full of questionable information on these.
I also got a HISUI demo tape that has a red cover, but I don't know which one it is.

I had no trouble with ordering mine.
It depends on how your PayPal is set up, are the funds being withdrawn directly from your bank account, or are you using a linked card?
Yeah, when I use a card through Paypal it usually takes a few minutes at most to get the confirmation email.
