Question. Why do people sell CDs for so little? I never got that.

the last time i tried to sell that at a normal amount, they didn't sell. but when i start at .99, they tend to go up higher. i can't explain it. the initial low price seems to start a reaction in people...kinda like crazy ladies in a bargain basement tearing at racks of clothes...

XD Yeah, It brings more people in who otherwise wouldn't think they'd be able to have a shot at getting it, thus involving them in the bidding so when it *does* wind up getting to a decent price, where they would have never gotten involved before, they continue to bid because they get swept up in it. The theory in it is quite interesting, actually.

@minagoroshi: I'll also be watching your 'Inner Universe'. Is it still in the plastic it came in? It kinda looks like it.

I really would like that D'AIR cd, since buying it rom CDJapan is far too costly and labour intensive for me.

Thanks to me. :| I gave up trying to match their bid, so hopefully I've really somewhat inconvenienced whoever bid on it.

Just a quick question: How do all these other sellers get away with selling CDs, like Schwarz Stein, with a buy it now price of only 9.99, and 3 dollars shipping? Are they the real thing, or pirated?

It's very likely that they are bootlegs. If you want to buy a cd, and are not sure, you should post a link to that auction on the forum and ask, someone will be able to tell you if it's bootleg or not.

Also ... people, (sellers are going to hate me for this), don't bid on items till the last day, that way you'll pay a lot less since you'll avoid bidding wars early in the auction ... unless ofcourse you like paying 5 x the original price for a cd ...
