I preferred to give this year. I bought each of my friends a vivaglam lipstick + lipgloss. I thought of it as giving to more than just one person. >w<

I got stuff before Christmas, actually.

My mum bought me Red Dwarf: The Complete series on DVD. Or rather, she gave me the money to buy it myself, as it went on sale on Amazon.ca for $128! =D It was a real steal. I also ordered myself Absolute Sandman Volume 1 with money I got from my aunt and from my grandfather for Christmas.

My mum and sister also managed to find a Wii about a week before Christmas at Wal-Mart! Plus Wii Sports, Wii Play, and my sister bought Wii Mario Kart as well! She even bought 2 steering wheels, but those were actually a waste of money. It's easier to play with the wiimote upright and use the nunchuck to steer.

On Christmas Day I got all the things I asked for, and a few more:
-Pushing Daisies Season 1 (YAY!)
-Wall-E 3 Disc Special Edition
-Hancock 2 Disc Unrated Edition
-A blankie that zips up on front and has snaps to make sleeves. It's so cozy!
-Cranium (which we haven't played yet...)
-A little bit of chocolate

My sister managed to BREAK to the AWESOME mini-helicopter I bought for me Dad just a few hours after he got it. If we can't get it exchanged, she'll be ponying up the cash for another one. I'm still pissed off at her about that.

I've always had a thing about people spoiling the crap out of their kids on xmas. (Though, to be fair, most of the people here don't seem too obnoxiously spoiled.)

I looked at my post and realised it did make me look like a bloody spoilt child XD I actually want to point out I only got about 3 presents from my parents and a lot from friends... Credit Crunch = Evil D:

Actually, Iska said that, not me. :P

My family celebrated Christmas late on account of weather.

From girlfriend:
A sweet reversible beanie
Tons of awesome food/pastries she stole from her work, seriously the stuff there is so good. She's also (falsely) convinced I don't eat so this was sneaky of her.

Canon PowerShot SX110 IS
- all I really wanted for Christmas was a camera, this one kicks ass
22" Samsung monitor
- omg scape looks so good, goodbye dinky ass monitor of yore
"The Graveyard Book" by Neil Gaiman
- thanks Mom, good job
Practical stuff like gloves, hat, blanket
- hey, it's friggin cold up here
Sony V6 headphones
- older bro, thanks
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia
Chrono Trigger DS port
- little bro, thanks
Final Fantasy IV piano collections sheet music
- I've already learned like the first two songs, so dope

Yay yay, good Christmas. :) My family is crazy but it's really nice to have family.

The christmas tree glitter girlang thing... From last year...? They reached a new bottom low! xD
Actually I don't even know why they bothered to put it in the envelope, but they gave my host family a nice calendar and some souvenirish things.

From my host family:
A cook book in Japanese, with japanese cooking. woho!
A totoro photophrame with pictures of us, its SO CUTE
Two bracelets, in a totoro box kind of thing. Yay totoro :)
