Generally speaking I think spitting is pretty disgusting though and I don't get why people think it is fun or even sexy. I don't enjoy being spat at in the street, so why should I enjoy it at a rock concert? Not to mention hygiene. Siouxsie Sioux contracted hepatitis from a fan spitting into her mouth.
I agree...I don't care if its water or beer or whatever, it was in their mouth. I wouldn't be okay if anyone did that at me, its just rude. :P It wouldn't be so bad if he sprayed water from a can or something but from his mouth? ::bleh:: (that wouldn't get me into the rock spirit)

Of course I wouldn't make a big deal about it if I was at the concert XD

The fan probably did that with the intent of infecting, then. It's totally different.
Was it with the intent of infecting? I thought it was just something a lot of the fans were doing, but I'm not sure the fan had the intent of infecting her with hepatitis. (I guess that's off topic, but I was just wondering XD)

and Kozi didn't spit directly into anyone's mouth so what's the point of this bad comparison?
The point is that if your mouth happens to be open, e.g. because you're cheering or singing along, whatever they are spitting may well get into your mouth, whether it is intended or not. I don't think the fan intended to spit into Siouxsie's mouth, much less to infect her. Her mouth was open because she was singing and the fan spat at her because that's what they did at punk concerts in the good old days. And thank you very much, I know all the other stuff about it being considered rock n roll and M10M being proud of their metal image, but I still think that spitting is disgusting.

BTW, Kozi didn't hit me when he spat, so this isn't some kind of anti-Kozi vendetta because my pretty clothes got dirty. :P

It's pretty funny, I almost mentioned Norwegian black metal in my previous post, before I decided I had already said enough.

I'm not gonna comment on anything said though, since I already said what I wanted.
I just wanna add that anyone catching anything because an artist sprayed "insert-beverage-of-your-choice-her" into the audience must be pretty slim? (If not, I'm gonna make my doctor run every single test there is out there on me ::meev:: )
Or did he actually spit, recent posts makes it sound like he did? I dunno, I think there's a slight difference between spitting at someone, and spraying water/whiskey/beer into a crowd of fans.

According to LucifersBride on page 11, he spit Jack Daniels directly at her and the girls o.o

Moi dix Mois are not rocknroll, so they are not entitled to spitting. Gothic-aristocrat-persons should just sit around with a cup of tea.

Plus I think Kozi forgot that he was holding a bottle of JACK DANIELS and once it entered into his mouth it was burnin' so he had to split it all out.

im sorry but i think this is all really funny! iv'e been to a few metal concerts and that and had some mad thing happen in them. like the my ruin concert i went to, the lead singer had a cold and kept grapping me by the head and screaming into my face, also spat into the audience a few times then said laughing *oh by the way i have a really bad cold* >.> lol

i think kozi is kickass! but thats just the metal in me screaming out, if he spat jack daniels at me i would have cheered him on, cause kozi is cool! you can always wash clothes haha. sorry >.< i guess i just have a total diffrent view on things here

They were ::gaku:: That's the mainreasons why they were so pissed off I guess 'XD

I'm not screaming "YAY" for being spit/sprayed at with whatever, but I can get over it (and already did two or three times).
If someone would ruin my clothes I indeed would be highly pissed, but if it's just water I don't mind. (Except it's going in my eyes or mouth. Mouth = Ew, eyes = MAKEUP and make up in eyes hurts xD)
I think it's more disgusting to be drenched after a concert, because other people sweat on you ::erm:: Of course you sweat yourself, but twice I was really drenched and NOT because of myself *cringes*

I think that the probability of getting some disease from it is low, because it would have to have perfect timing in order to hit the person's mouth area (while it is open), and the spitting person would have to be with some kind of disease. I read that he only spit once, not the whole bottle, which makes it less likely.

Yeshhh, I really wouldn't mind either ^^ If I had to choose between a concert with Mana,Közi&co and a set of clean clothes, I'd definitely choose the first one, no matter what kind of clothes it would be <.< The concert would be totally worth it nonetheless!! ^^

IMO Jack Daniels has no right to be called whiskey...
But well, no one would spit good whiskey out ;)

I agree with Lardeen... being drenched in other people sweat is even more gross. Especially in the front rows you'll get all wet anyway, specially if they hand out water.
Just for the record: I don't approve spitting - I personally want to put all the people against the wall who spit on the streets - but I just rolled eyes against the way it was made such a big deal.

i think you are less wet when you're front row than in the midde of the crowd mosty because you don't have anyone in front of you! so you can easily breath and have so 'fresh' air!

Well, I would be unhappy if you dressed up nice and got spat at... but if I went to a gig/concert/etc I would most likely wear a band shirt, jeans and shoes... If you go to one wearing expensive clothing and a mosh pit is formed or something else, your clothes could be ruined, which is why I just dress in simple clothing which can't get ruined easily [or at least isn't extremely expensive and could easily be replaced]

I really think they should have put up a notice about clothing if they planned to spit at the audience... Mana should know the price of the Moitie stuff.
