Except... that makes zero sense. Even if they were under such a contract or just wanted to keep it secret, obviously there was no secret to keep! They released saikai no chi to bara shortly after Kami's death, went straight to producing shinwa, and never stopped after that. Im just saying, even if they said they werent going to break up, it may have been for other reasons. They could still have been under contract etc which didnt allow them to say they were going to. That happens with alot of different things.
And besides all of that proof right there in front of your eyes, the whole band just said plain and simple that they were not going to stop. What more do you want?
