Can someone check their copy of Salon de Chocolat for the matrix code and/or SID Mastering Code on the DVD.

Look for the SID mastering code and the mould code if that is available. Also if there's anything else on the same ring as the mastering code I'd love to know those as well.

Also if you could let me know what's the DVD label when you insert it into your computer. ie. the new Schwarz Stein DVD is labeled SCHWARZ_STEIN. Also the SID Mastering Code for the Schwarz Stein DVD is "(A44252Q031 9121142)", another part is "KH-03" and the SID Mastering code for it is "IFPI LR46" as an example on what to look out for.

I was able to procure a copy since its gone out of print, but I'm not sure if it's a legit copy, so I thought I'd ask this from you people. Another thing to point out is that CDJapan states that Salon de Chocolate is region locked at Region 2, but my copy says it's region free (and it is).

Thanks.

I got "salon" and the only things it says is: POBE-330 and 08724-A-5 as SID mastering code.

That's just part of the matrix, but my copy has the same one. If you look harder on the same ring, you should find "IFPI LJ77" with a rather small, but reflective font, just the opposite side of the 08724-A-5 text.

SID codes always start with IFPI and are followed by four numbers, I've seen some rare cases with five. As long as your copy is from somewhere like CDJapan 'tis good ::squee::
