I need some help with Madousho Digital access!

Guys, I have a question for the ones who have purchased Madousho Digital before.

Is it normal if I don't have access to the Madousho I already purchased anymore?

The thing is I purchased the Madousho number 5 in october 5 but I can't see it now!
the website is asking me to register as the first time and make the purchase, I already looked on the email I registered for notifications in FC2 but I have nothing but the confirmation of my first purchase.

I can't find in the website some kind of "log on to view the previous subscriptions" or something..

I want to know if this is normal because there has not even pass one month since the Madousho purchase day :/

I hope somebody can help me D:!

That's weird, I can read the ones I bought and I only bought the 2 first ones. Are you sure you're on the right entry?

Are you cliking the right link?

When you're on the Digital Madousho website you have to click on the last link (the one under the one you click when you buy the madousho).

Then you have to give your email and the password you choose when you made your account and then you should be able to acces all the Madousho you've already bought!

I've already checked my email and all I've got is a confirmation email for my payment. I already had an fc2 account when bought the DI Madousho, and so I didn't received any password.

All I have in the email is:

LANG_SIMPLEPAY_AFTER_MAIL

an it the reason of mail, It says is payment confirmation.


Also, whenever I enter in

http://madousho.blog.fc2.com/,

all I can see is the page as if I've never purchased the subscription before and can't find the link to log in. I only see:

⇒ブロマガ(課金記事)購読する (to suscribe)

and this [ブロマガって何?] (what's buromaga about?)

and when I enter into the first link, the page to make my first purchase appears :/ I can't see anyplace to log in or something >//////<


EDIT: NOOO!! I think I already know what happened... T__T when I created my fc2 acct in the past I used the email I had then to make my blog... but, a few months ago that email address was hacked and I couldn't get it back...

I changed the email for notifications in fc2 to a new email, but I see in certain way it still appears associated to the one I used for the acct creation. When I try to make the purchase of a digital madousho, the system offers me by default the email I used to create my fc2 acct (the one hacked) and I can't see a way to edit it or change it... damn!

can somebody help me with that?...

I am trying to Purchase volume 6 and I keep getting "Error" "Ticket Number:0" "Sorry .Please start over."

Started over 6 times. same result.

I have been trying every day *sigh* I have even sent them multiple emails asking for help which have gone unresponded to. I think I'm just going to have to cancel my account, create a new one, and try again or something. ::hora::

Is it just me or shouldn't mana himself do that? I mean it's his service, hosted by FC2, but still...is the customer support even in English?

It's just you I think.
Writing to Mana because FC2 isn't working is like writing to Gackt because you can't buy his latest single on iTunes...Mana has no access to the FC2 systems, even if he was qualified to provide support. It's for sure something FC2 will have to manage.

Besides, why would Mana's support be in English either?

What I meant was since it's Mana's blog and it's a japanese webpage his "crew" should contact FC2 and ask them to fix the problem, especially since it's not just 1 or 2 who had problem with payment, but several. Also I mean FC2, are their support in english.

I don't think he has a "crew" anymore. Since the end of Midi:nette in my mind it's just him trying to get everything done XD

::hora:: I contacted FC2 weeks ago and they finally got back to me with no useful information. just to try again cause there was a problem with authorization. I showed the transaction to my bank and they said there should have been no problem... :cry:

edit: Needless to say, i tried again to no avail.
