Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella - Ten Minutes Ago (Reprise)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0HXNGR6FQ0

Ahh, it was this part that brought tears to my eyes! ::squee:: I loved the ball room, the big dresses, and how everyone was dancing. I can just imagine the prince spinning Cinderella around in the middle of it all, it was gorgeous! I think the intermission was a few minutes after that scene and I was all, "THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL. BEAUTIFUL! OMG ::weepy::" Rodgers and Hammerstein are geniuses ;_; I like musicals, but I never liked one so much as this one!

Sorry for the double post but Orange Caramel has this GREAT song called "Lipstick" AND I LOVE IT. Cerceaux was trying to show me these other Kpop songs but I couldn't get into them. Then I clicked on "Lipstick" and my girls didn't disappoint.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Z9R57maGvc
I twist up my lipstick and put it on my lips
I slightly smear it on your crisp, white shirt
I twist up my lipstick and kiss your lips
I secretly smear it on top of your breathtaking collarbone
Oh my oh my, uh uh uh uh, oh my oh my
I secretly smear it
Oh my oh my, uh uh uh uh, oh my oh my
brilliant writing right there. It's seriously catchy though and reminds me of myself for some reason LOL.

More importantly, I saw OG's cover of "Love's Battery" and the original music video sung by Hong Jin Young is adorable. ::squee::
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPFFKyZaBbw

The music video is about her sending an SOS to her love, her love battery is running out, she's lonely and wants to be held again, and so he makes a really elaborate attempt with his bros to escape their office building. Little did they know they'd also have to cross mine fields and do all sorts of things. My favorite part is when she finally loses battery and shuts down, and he looks at his watch while he's in the mud, and MAKES A WAR CRY! ::foot::

I love how he makes sure to put on a suit before seeing her LOL. He kisses her and she's fully recharged with love and awake again! I LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS ::meev:: A seriously nerdy video though.

I've been listening to that too :3
Catchy, but I didn't expect less since GaGa is still going for the brainwashing technique (letting 1 word repeat over and over)

Disney's The Little Mermaid soundtrack.
One thing that bugs me about Disney soundtracks is instead of having all the tracks in the order that they're used in the film, they group all the vocal songs first, and then the instrumental ones after which really doesn't work since the instrumental pieces function as a bridge between the vocal tracks and don't flow well when they're all lumped together. Apparently they do this to make it more appealing to children (they just want to hear all the vocal songs) but it's pretty irritating to me. I'll probably re-number the tracks on my own at some point.

Orange Caramel - Magic Girl
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SojvsEJlvf0

My girls never disappoint, seriously! ::batsu::

You secretly take glances at me – your eyes are going to wear out
What to do, what to do
If you stare at me like that, I’ll get really shy
What to do, what to do
Am I that pretty? How much do you like me?
As much as there are stars in the sky? As much as there is salt in the ocean?
Those lines remind me SO much of the Yangzhou trip, oh my goodness.

How can you be so spot on about what I want and hope for?
As if you’re a magician, as if you’re casting a spell, you take me and shake me up

* Repeat (x2)

I don’t know, I don’t know, I guess I’ve fallen for your sweet trap
Even if I die, I can’t escape – now I’m your girl
Nanana nanana nananana, I sing when I call out your name
Fly over to me like a bird and hug me, whisper that you love me
SO CUUUUUUUTE STOP IT.

Orange Caramel's concept is more lighthearted and sweet unlike many girl groups that have recently taken on darker, sexier concepts.
They're awesome. THE BEST EVER!!!111

Empire of the Sun - Walking on a Dream
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eimgRedLkkU

The two guys are weirdos, but I can't believe a lot of the commenters didn't know where this music video takes place. Shanghai, DUH! *nerd* And the song's title and lyrics totally go with it ;__;

Walking on a dream/How can I explain?/Talking to myself/Will I see again?

*fans eyeballs* And aww "Never looking down I'm just in awe of what's in front of me"~

I get 5 BILLION nerd points for knowing that the fan he's holding is a replica of Zhuge Liang's feather fan ::meev::

I really like their song "We Are the People" too and a few others. I forgot where I first heard them in Shanghai. @.@

Their new song. I love several of their songs too, and they're nice weirdos.

*goes to listen*
I like it. I love how... I don't know what the word is, "easy-going" their songs are. It's as if you're flying away. It's a bit psychedelic.

My favorite is "We Are the People." Ack, it's so good! The guitar, the chorus, and everything. According to my phone, I first heard it on April 12, 2013 at 5:35pm in Shanghai, hahaha. I remember what I was doing. The weekend that was my turning point, it was wonderful~ ^^

Anyhoo, I love this part of the song:
We lived an adventure
Love in the Summer.
Followed the sun till night
Reminiscing other times of life.
For each every other
The feeling was stronger.
The shock hit eleven - Got lost in your eyes.

I can't do well when I think you're gonna leave me but I'm gonna try.
Are you gonna leave me now.
Can't you be believing now.
I love how he says "got lost in your eyes." I'm a nerd! My friends went to a concert of theirs last week, I had NO idea they were here ARGH!!!

I love their whole strange concept too. "We Are the People"'s music video was really cool in Mexico. They chose really interesting places in Mexico too; it wasn't the usual thing at all, especially all their weird costumes in each music video, and I like that.

He's definitely my favorite character.
Not only is he wimpy, but even his song sucks.
Aw that song isn't bad XD Check out this song from Quest for Camelot:
http://youtu.be/-zqWJ4zfhOI
It's like the weirdest villain song and creepy.

Oh my god I actually smiled while watching it XD I've been so awful and I must've looked suicidal to people because I was staring at the subway tracks looking like I was about to cry XD Maybe Ruber is the key to happiness.

lol XD the fork!

Stupid chicken. They really should have left out the oddly humanistic animal.
Aside from the chicken that's a worthy song though for sure.

Yeah, I love that fork moment ::meev::

Earlier this year Wandering Fox and I were talking about what we thought were the scariest moments in movies or something. I hadn't seen or heard about Quest for Camelot in years, but I told Fox that I remembered a chicken being thrown into a vat of green slime and coming out as an axe, and I thought that was the creepiest thing I've ever seen, even now XD It's just always been in my mind, it makes me feel weird, haha. I think it's the same for the men who get thrown in. It's as if they lose their humanity and whatever life they had and now they're complete metal monsters. I find it kind of disturbing.
Now that I've found the scene again I get to relive it all!

I love how improvised the song is though. And the eye twitching. It's so gross. I felt so evil walking down the street with this song playing.

OK I'VE BEEN LISTENING TO THAT GAZELLEMAN SONG ALL NIGHT. I really like it! I feel nostalgic too. It brings me back to elementary school. And the singer sounds like a good Japanese man. I don't know why, but I feel like he has a manly, romantic, loyal voice XD

Gazeruumaaaaaaaaan~

(The yells are funny though LOL)
