Huh, I never expected Kazuno to show his face again.

I'm guessing the "tools" thing means they aren't actually playing in that video, it was just done in Pro Tools. There's no new footage of Kazuno or Tohru either - I bet they joined after the demo was recorded.

I'm not going to be interested in this band if the music is all like the demo though. Even though it's half M10M alumni, if this SHIENLY guy writes all the music it's going to be kind of boring.

Bumping this from the grave - looks like they actually released a maxi-single a couple days ago: 邂逅 ("kaikou")

Anyone picking it up? I'm going to get a copy just to see what it's like.

Let us know your thoughts. I guess Mana even hung out with them not that long ago and liked what they were doing. So he wrote online. They do seem to becoming more active with lives and such.

Werl - I got in the maxi-single today, and it's just plain old metal. They're extremely competent at what they do, but what they do just isn't very interesting. Despite having half of the original Moi dix Mois in attendance, there's nothing particularly reminiscent of the Lord of Darkness on this disc.

... almost nothing, anyway.
Actually, the booklet smells just like the old Moi dix Mois releases ::meev:: It has that same overpowering dank, foreboding odor to it, and it's printed on the same kind of paper with the same so-so resolution XD Now that really took me back

I scanned in some of the booklet:

Tohru seems to have become vast and capacious since his decagram days, I must say.
There are a bunch of interesting thank-yous on the credits, but I'll let y'all see for yourselves ;)

It also has half of JILS working on it behind the scenes XD Shun was JILS' primary guitarist and YUKIYA was the vocalist and is pretty much the Kevin Bacon of the V-Kei world. I listened to the trailer of this on YouTube, but I just couldn't get into the song... I wasn't into the vocalist, and actually found the drums kind of distracting ^^; Oh well, maybe next time... But those credits...! Who else feels like they just fell into 2002? XD

Well, to me, Tohru looks like punk Rosanne in the scans...so more like 1990s?

And I agree with Fox and Hanachan; the vocalist isn't for me and I don't like the music enough to buy the single.
But it's not bad. It's just not special.
I think the vocalist might be better not singing in English though...
