I think it is a folder with magazine clippings, probably some Ma Chèrie content tossed in there too. Maybe even some random flyers.
Anything called 切り抜き is just going to be magazine clippings.
I remember some old talk about this, and apparently it's a bootleg that has bits of almost every DVD released by MM (merveilles~cinq paralelle~/神話/虚無の中での遊戯). Nothing official.
I always thought these were demo CD's, because the VK wikia labels them like that.

Apparently it's printed white-on-white with his face. Presumably similar to how the Nostal Lab tour pamphlet covers are.
Wow really nice finds. It's the first time they've popped up ever as far as I know. I can't justify paying that much for them though haha. If someone wants to split the cost for the first one we could work something out (I could take care of ripping/scanning it. I don't see myself paying more than 12 000 though. Demotapes usually collect dust after they're ripped in my experience... so if someone else pays the rest or takes care of ripping them/scanning them in the highest quality I'd be down for that as well)
