they request you to attach documentation to the package/item so that they can identify who it is for.
........ Waaaaait, I always thought the shopping services were the ones attaching those little labels  They always seem to be in the same font and all that, anyway.

No, I mean the shopping service wants you to put a user ID or something similar with the package so that they know who it is for. Yahoo Auction and Mercari have anonymous shipping, so when your package arrives the label just says 'Mercari' or 'Yahoo Auction'. For a shopping service company with dozens of packages arriving for different users I imagine it can be very difficult to tell what belongs to who.
Also, Mercari doesn't release the funds to the seller until the buyer has confirmed both the delivery and contents of the package and left a review, some sellers even threaten to leave a bad review if you don't confirm the delivery within 24 hours.

I feel like I'm going crazy, I sold something on eBay this morning and shipped it out after work. I added the tracking to eBay and marked it as sent, then sent the buyer a message to let them know its on the way. 10 minutes later I get a message from the seller asking when I will send it and to send them the tracking when I do. @.@

The only thing I can think of is that someone contacted them outside of the auction and offered them a really good price in cash with pick up or something.
They don't want to risk you complaining that they cancelled your bid you won or causing trouble for them so they block you.
Had a few people cancel my Ebay bids (that I'd already won) with that reason and I downvoted them to hell.

Hanachan and I have a bit of a debate going and this is like, the only social media he's on.
For anyone who doesn't mind answering, how important is it to you that your partner makes you laugh?
I think humor is a really important part of a relationship because life sucks too much to take it seriously, personally.
But I'm also ace and have no interest in finding someone. So I dunno what I'm talking about 100% XD

You have to be more specific, we're talking about making someone laugh with verbal humor. Clown stuff like wearing silly outfits or doing the "Ministry of Silly Walks" doesn't count.
For that matter, tickling also doesn't count ::meev::

I dont find those funny and bite if tickled. Humor is subjective, after all.
Non-verbal humor is fine if that's your thing, but it won't be everyone's thing.

Thinking no one'll reply anyway. I mean, how many active participants do we even have left here?

I would say that it’s very important for me and your assessment is right, in my experience. When I was going through a lot of stuff this summer, my partner made me laugh a lot on top of giving me pep talks, which made things slightly less difficult lol. Humour is enduring and is probably one of the reasons why we’re still together—we just make each other laugh every day. We have a lot of inside jokes that a lot of people will find stupid or not funny at all, but eh.

I have also retracted my attraction to people when it was very clear that they didn’t have any sense of humour whatsoever, or at least didn’t have a very good one.

I agree humour is very important. I've had the experience of being with someone who had a completely different sense of humour than mine and it didn't last very long.. maybe bc I also thought she was a bit dumb.

Anyway, yes, very important!! But humour is humour, it can be verbal or it can be silly dances, its the same thing at its core..

yes! The cutest couple I know have all these bizarre inside jokes and habits...and they make you wish you were part of them lol

So apparently my mom had a dream I got married last night, but she 'forgot her name'.
Usually parents are either against or okay with their children being gay.
First time I heard of a mother subconsciously wanting her daughter to be lol

Oh, no, mine doesn't care about that.
She's happy with her grandcats and totally understands me wanting to stay single.
My mom is best mom.

I imagine that they would have just cancelled the auction then, rather than selling it to the lower bidder.
Even if that was the case, it doesn't make sense why they would go as far as to blacklist me.

I had another strange experience recently, I found something I was interested in, but the seller was sending it via cash on delivery. Of course I wanted to know how much it was going to cost to ship it out to my little corner of the countryside so I messaged the seller. They sent me a reply with the shipping amount.

then blocked me.

:/

Well I dunno...are there cancellation fees on listings?
I guess it could be possible that they start the auction lower than they're willing to sell for to garner interest and then, if they're not happy with the end price, they cancel.
Doesn't explain why they blacklist you though.

As for the last guy who knows XD Maybe it was Dada XD

That's the thing, they didn't cancel the auction, other people had already bid on it and it was just my higher bids that were cancelled. So it still sold but at a lower price.

Haha, maybe.

There is also the opposite type of person who almost writes a novel thanking you and updating you at each stage of the transaction.

I started making a thread about the new M10M live on Sunday but had to switch tabs to get the details and it didnt save a draft so im gonna wait until I can get to my computer later..

In any case, it sucks that the stream wont be available for Latin America and Europe. Am I wrong in thinking thats most of the MM/M10M international fanbase now a days? Fcking depressing tbh

I don't get why Mana in particular always makes everything so complicated. Lots of bands stream their gigs now and from what I heard none exclude certain areas of the world -.-'

Also, I've been looking to finally complete some of my cd collections (the basics, still not complete when it comes to the rare stuff) and I saw on amazon that Moi Dix Moi's single Pageant was listed as 2 different versions, one regular and one maxi. Is this correct?

I think the limit on viewing wasn't Mana's choice, but that of ePlus. I'm guessing there may have been some kind of contractual stuff involved, which is why they ended up using ePlus and all. Mana was extremely apologetic about it all. And it seems most people figured out a way to get around the restriction on tickets.

As for "Pageant", I've never seen any mention anywhere of a maxi single. Not on Moi dix Mois website or any other site that has records of the recordings. Mana was very good at always listing any limited editions and there is no mention of one http://moidixmois.net/Discography.html. Plus since that seller isn't posting any photos...

And actually, anyone who is looking for the single, Flowers mentioned that it's available again on Amazon Japan. It's also available on Midi:Nette. Seems Mana decided to release it again, but never said anything about it. It's available for 1200 yen and Amazon Japan will ship it to the US. So I'm guessing they will ship it most places in the world.

Thanks for clearing that up. I've seen other sellers do that as well, they make up editions which doesn't exists. But I prefer to get the limited edition version, if there is one, that's why I asked. I'm gonna get it from amazon :3

About the concert, I don't get why they went with an option which limited people instead of using another one, but like you said it might have been contractual related.

Maxi single is just the technical word for singles that have more than two tracks. The term only really mattered when singles came on vinyl and there was one song on each side, which made a release longer than a single, but shorter than an EP. Whoever is selling through Amazon's services made an error somewhere and doubled up the entries.

I'm gonna get it from amazon :3
Why not just order it from Midi:Nette? I'd rather the money go direct to the seller rather than using an intermediary. Midi:Nette finally added other payment methods not too long ago too, so you don't have to use Sagawa's cash on delivery anymore.

because amazon offers free shipping and better options of delivery (like picking it up at family mart etc)
