I honestly considered getting the pajamas for a full 5min until i saw the price.

I sleep with old tshirts, i just cant justify to myself spending that much money on sleepwear just bc its kinda cute and Mana-related...
Well, the price isn't terrible for satin. If you go with a decent non-brand silk, you're looking at a couple hundred bucks for a full set:
https://www.lilysilk.com/us/sleepwear/women/silk-pajamas-for-women.html?cs=navisleepwearw&pajama
And for a name-brand designer probably twice that - more if it's for men.

Which wallet did you get?

I didn't realize pajamas could even get that expensive I guess xD the only actual pajama set I have in from Primark (because it's Harry Potter themed)

I got the medium wallet? Which is not on Wunderwelt for some reason, so maybe it's not available anymore. I've been using it since September 2018 and it started to peel sometime last year. It's a shame really, I really like it in general, but it was way too expensive for the amount of time it lasted in good condition.

I am really interested in the new paisley shirts tho, they are so beautiful!! But nearly 200€ for a shirt really boggles me xD I'm just not in the habit of spending this much money on clothes I guess...

No, but I bought a pair of deep blue leather shoes ::mana::
I kind of want to start a "Moitie minus Moitie" (M-m-M) thread for fashion alternatives XD

So I stumbled into this video on the Moi-même-Moitié YouTube channel
and she mentions something about having to disable comments due to reactions to the new release, did anyone catch what happened?

People were also annoyed because 1) was labeled as an A-line dress/one piece, 2) it was deemed by some to not be lolita, and 3) it wasnt moitie worthy. It was pretty dumb imo...

New Moi-chandise on Twitter: backpack, more water bottles, t-shirts

But more interestingly, I checked out the chopsticks and they're actually authentic products of Japan.
https://www.wunderwelt.jp/en/fleur/products/a-00377
Made in the little town of Obama, Fukui prefecture - which last made the news in 2008 for some reason I can't remember.
The style is called "Wakasa" or "Wakasa-nuri".

However... it seems that true Wakasa chopsticks are not painted with "acrylic urethane", but rather inlaid with various nacreous concretions and lacquered many times over. It's not clear that you can buy any authentic examples of this online.

There's also the issue that even if you could, lacquer utensils don't play well with Western-style metal ones. So you'd really need to go full Japanese-style in your service if you wanted to incorporate them. Might be easier just to get the Lord of Darkness set ::mana::

In the town of Obama? Ha. You're not going to want to go there before hitting the Saitama flood reserve space are you?
Like, let's incorporate all of your great vacation ideas and stick me in a burka when we go just in case.

Anyhow, I'm glad I kept my Moitie from back in the early 2000's because muumuus, fanny packs, and chopsticks aren't my thing.
(that toile de jouy couch is very much up my alley, but it doesn't seem to be for sale).
Although a new 'camping lolita' style is funny to see.

It's not just Moitie though - I see a lot of high end brands going the sweatsuit and printed Tshirt road to keep up with current trends.
The problem being, of course, that these are all things that can be cheaply gotten at Leader Price/LIDL/Walmart (depending on where you're from) + a logo slapped on at 100x the price.

I wouldn't buy the chopsticks at any rate because that blue button on the end looks like it's gonna fall off after a month.

Hey, I never said I wanted to go to Obama XD I'd much rather visit the south of France ;)

You can just say "Alibaba", let us not mince words.

I think it's not an attachment, just a painted end.

Yeah, the paint button on the end of my chopsticks always falls off, no matter how careful I am with them. It's like a curse or something.
So I don't get chopsticks with paint caps on the ends anymore. I can't be the only one this happens to...

I swear I’ve seen that same bag in the 100-yen store. But don’t let it being a 100-yen store deceive you, it’s from their premium line and will set you, the discerning consumer, back a cool 300 yen.

At least he didn't forget his pants this time. That would have been embarrassing on stage.

Wow. Not only have we lived to witness the advent of Elegant Camping Lolita, but now we get Elegant Pantsless Aristocrat.
This must be what it means when people talk of being 'privileged.'
