Yes, I'm pretty sure he said it was his faorite manga at some point, or something akin to that.
I read a couple volumes since it was mentioned in the GLUB or wtvr but it wasn't really my thing.

It is indeed Gothic & Lolita Bible with an extra "U" to make it sound dum.
Because being serious about anything, ever (except cats), is highly overrated.

It's almost like they're a really good band or something.
Also, has anyone ever done HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)?
I'm sick of running around in the forest like a sweaty yuckbeast when I can sit around and do nothing like a static yuckbeast.
So if HIIT has good results without massive muscle growth I'll probably try it.

I haven't tried it personally but I have heard of people getting good results with it.
Why work hard when you can work smart. Also, you're not going to experience any muscle growth from cardiovascular exercise.
I know a lot of people who do it and they swear by it. No muscle growth, I've only ever seem them slim down/become more defined.
Counterpoint: my impression is that if you actually do HIIT intensely enough to see any results, it's even more hellish than ordinary training.

OK, I think Imma go for it then. Excersize is awful anyway, so why not make it shorter.
I asked because I can pretty much put on muscle simply by carrying the weight of my own existence, so I'm always careful to not do anything that could end in bodybuilder shoulders.
