ugh, have eod said anything about this yet? has anyone mailed them about this situation? i mailed ccp asking if there was some sort of delay and haven't gotten any replies yet. if there was a problem of some sort they could be honest and i'd understand it... i'd just like to get my cd cause i really want to hear eve's new stuff!

ah, i guess maybe this is my wasted €15 of the year. (believe it or not, for the past couple of years, every year i seem to lose 15 euros this way! :o -- always 15, how odd! well, i guess i can't complain as long as it stays 15 and not bigger amounts, knock on wood... )

I just received an e-mail from CCP telling me that they wouldn't accept an IMO from a bank and said they were going to send the check back to me... But with their past record with this CD... *sigh*

oh and that last thing I heard from CCP was that they made a mistake in the address and that they would resend it, that was about a week ago, I send them a mail the same day back asking if this time they could provide me with a tracking number......

I sent EoD managment an email yesterday evening linking this forum, and explaining the situation. I sent them a copy of my pay pal email as proof of my purchase, as well as the email from Alfred claiming when he would send it. Basically I told them that if I don't either get a response from CCP, or receive the cd soon I will be filling out a National Fraud Incident Form.
Which is found here: http://68.166.162.20/repoform.htm

I would suggest that everyone try and email EoD with their complaints about this, then tell them that you will fill out a fraud form. Yuko, who does all of the managment stuff does speak english, so don't worry about them not being able to read your email.

Anyway, I would say that they are becoming aware of the situation.

OBVIOUS:

I'm beginning to get the faintest inclination - just the faintest - that Celtic Circle Productions are not a very reliable or professional record label.

If we did email EoD about, what exactly are they able to do?

Threaten to quit, so that CCP would no longer have the honor of selling CDs for THE GREAT HARUHIKO ASH and his trusty valet ;)

Basically they could essentially sue their label, and or drop from whatever contract they have with them if CCP is ripping off them and EoD's fanbase. I don't know the full extent of what conditions you can drop from a contract with a music label. But I think if the label is stealing money from both their customers and not selling the product that they are supposed to be selling. Then I think that can be good evidence to back out of a contract.

I honestly don't know. This was the first time I had ever heard of them, when EoD announced they signed with them.

at this point it sounds like that's just their overall excuse to hopefully bide them more time until they can actually have something physically to send you if at all.

that's what it sounds like to me. i think if they pull that one on me, i'm going to ask for my money back. then see what they do. that'll probably tell you whether or not this cd actually exists.
