In U+K live, she apears there and also in all these clips. She talks a lot in this interview with somnebody called Vivian, and all the memebers sing a song for her and she wears wear clothes o.0
Most people tend to wear clothes; keeps you warm and not-naked.
And, um...what? The only thing I can remotely think that you're misinterpreting is a clip from a television show Gackt made an appearance on where Chinese actress Vivian Hsu talks about being in Japan, the difficulty of languages, and Gackt starts speaking Mandarin to her...

Maybe you mean the latest DVD 6th day and 7th night? The one they train to be a dancing kitty for a U+K performance? She was the lucky grand prize winner of Gackts "Surprise Party" contest where one person got one "wish" granted personally by Gackt.
I imagine almost everyones wish was to have a date with Gackt or the like... her creativity probably got her chosen IMO.

GacktJOB is the actual name of the band.
Gackt considers his band (maybe just You and Chachamaru now since the older members left) close friends, so I guess he calls them his "family".
