Apparently, there will be more members... Or, maybe CD Japan's description is off; I dunno...
I've been less than impressed by CDJapan's accuracy in the past, and seeing as Japanese doesn't really have a plural case for nouns...yeah. Prolly just a screwup.

It's sad news but I can't say I'm all that surprised. It can't be very satisfying in the long run to express someone else's thoughts and feelings all the time, so I always expected the project members to come and go. Tohru has been in many different bands and projects and I was almost surprised that he stayed so long with M10M. I'm not saying that I won't miss them, especially Kazuno, but the main thing for me is that Mana continues to write good music.

Let's not forget scapers that Kazuno and Tohru were just project members and could have left for any reason. I knew somewhere that they weren't going to hang around forever.

It seems this time Mana did the announcement more in the " oh by the way" way... It makes me think a rather interesting thought.
What had happened if he hadn't really announced anything back in time...Moi dix Mois hasn't really done much since the tour end anyways...so, he could have just waited, annouced the " new band"...
Maybe people would have thought it's too rough since Juka was the vocalist and people like him a lot, but now the other members get a very little notice, but maybe not as much of a fuss, since they already have new project ongoing...

since Moi dix Mois is Mana's project, maybe it would have looked better if all had been announced by now, then it's not bandmembers leaveing, then it's rather a Band project image change....

nghh.. one that really puts me off music, is badly synthed instruments that sound hollow or cheesy... Makes me feel a bit scared about how M10M will sound... >_< ack.. this is making my paranoid.

I need a 'pick me up'.

M10M already has those. o__O The Prophet, while it's my favorite M10M song has some really cheesy synth horn. Mana's synth is hardly cutting edge. But I doubt the electronic sound he's talking about is synth horn.. probably adding some industrial elements to the heavier songs.

That would have been a more elegant solution (although I'm sure then some people would have suspected that he sacked them all  ) but perhaps he simply didn't know when Juka left that Tohru and Kazuno would soon be leaving too.

While I now finally appreciate and understand that Moi dix Mois is truly only a "Mana Project" and not a proper band (how could I not after this?), I still think its unfortunate that there won't be an official support drummer or bassist for the upcoming live.

Velvet Eden's lineup completely changed three times. The only member who was consistant was Dada. That doesn't make it "Dada's Project," does it?

I'm not disagreeing that Moi dix Mois isn't a project, but just because the lineup changes themselves don't make bands projects of a mamber, do they?

(Sorry, just had to say that....)

I agree. Mana seems to know what hes doing, the music is still as good even with all the member changes. He wants perfection and hes going to have to keep changing the lineup cos he'll be happy!

It´s sad to say, but maybe this was to be foreseen. K´s appeareance put especially Kazuno in the very background.

Anyway, I think Mana´ll keep his style...maybe this is sad too...a change would be interesting...

It´s great that Kazuno wants to continue with music...and Tohru...maybe he´ll be with Babylon...they still have no drummer, and he is credited "Drum tuner" on Getsurinka...if it wasn´t another Tohru (and I highly doubt that).

Seth sounds interesting to me...it´s some sort of devil in egypt...first he´s only god of deserts, decay and so on, but later he changes to being just evil...

 That would be great!
Tohru is a pretty common name though, so I wouldn't get too excited over it.

So the "original" M10M disbanded....
I feared something like this would happen, when K appeared. Don't misunderstand this statement, I don't hate K, but I feared thatm10m will concentrate on the guitarists. Somehow this happened: at the european live, Kazuno was off to the background. On the tour poster, Juka and Thoru were in the background. Anyway I'm glad m10m got a new vocalist. Maybe Mana will change the band every 2 years. :?

you think Kazuno and Tohru left because Juka left?
like.. "I LEAVE IF YOU LEAVE 8o" thing X3

that they kinda got some confidence or something to go to Mana to say they quit..?

I wonder if Kazuno and Tohru became good friends in Moi dix Mois. I noticed a lot in Invite to immorality that they were often looking at each other and laughing/smiling.

Maybe they will do more things in the future together.

i noticed that too, in paris i stood on the stairs so i had a perfect view of what was going on in the back of the stage, and it was nice to see tohru and kazuno communicating and smiling together

i'm pretty down about kazuno and tohru leaving, however, the two of them teaming up with heath does give me a little solace.

alas, i wish the two of them the world.
