I started listening to Japanese music in middle school. Before that, I listened to like...NOTHING.

I'm looking forward to this tour too :) I didn't think I'd get to see them together again.

In midnight ruins...
When I was a kid I used to listen to nothing except some classical music because I hated all the stuff that was in the charts. Then I started listening to Goth, Industrial and EBM and more recently I added J-Rock to the mix.

She's actually a bit famous among old ladies/gentlemens.
She sings in a danceband (very typical sweden >.>)

I can't believe Dead Can Dance will be together again, at least for a while. The tour is the best news I have heard in a while!! I hope they post the N. American dates soon so I can have something big to anticipate.

I remember when I was 11, I desperately wanted to go see New Kids on the Block. My parents wouldn't let me T_T Which could explain why I have a bizarre need to download their songs every few months - and quickly delete them :p

I object! I only listened to Spice Girls. I was a TOTALY B101 girl grwoing up. ("Soft rock" radio station for mothers.) Billy Joel, Elton John, the Eagles, Journey, the COOL ROCK cassettes...! Aaaah. Hated all them boybands--when Hanson's MmmBop came on at my friend's party, and it's been this mega hit for several weeks, and everyone knew it, and everyone started dancing to it but me, I was the loser who went O_o "what IS this?" and got evil looks.

I got evil looks a couple weeks ago when I asked just who the heck is Lindsey Lohan?

I think by the end of sixth grade all my friends were in love with Zach Hanson. Meanwhile I was all like "you mean they're NOT girls?! " (woah, it was like a parallel Mana experience or something)

and I know I'm going to sound stupid for this, but what the heck's a B101 girl?

ah, gotcha. I thought perhaps it was simply more terminology I missed out on from my elementary school days.
