Disbanded band "sure"

I just found out we can't send fanmail to Hora and Kaya now! Not that I was ever going to, but I still can't anymore! It's so sad...

What disbanded bands do you all miss the most?

They disbanded after their last live March 29th. Or was it May 29th. I can't remember. >_>;

Disbanded bands... hmm.. Due le Quartz because Sakito was FINALLY learning to sing in Rodeo.. then Meev had to go break them up. Syndrome, I loved them, but if they hadn't broken up, I might not have D to listen to. Aioria was SUCH a talented band, but they suffered from " indies band breakup " like most do.

Despite how much I like Malice Mizer and X, they had a good number of releases under their belt so it doesn't really bother me that they're not together anymore. If Malice Mizer was still together we might not have Kozi's solo stuff or Moi dix Mois.

I have little phases where sometimes I miss Malice Mizer because I enjoyed the band so much...but I'm such a big fan of everyone's solo projects and such that I'm not really *that* upset over it.

But I'm actually in one of those little 'missing Malice Mizer' phases right now, though. It must have started while I was looking through all my downloads for that Moi-meme-Moitie clip…

I'm upset that MM disbanded only because I'll never get a chance to see them live, which was something I'd kill to do after watching their concerts.... before M10M started releasing things, I was really missing Malice Mizer, but now that Mana's rocking out the mmusci again I don't mind so much. The prospect of maybe one day seeing M10M live is good enough. :]

Definitely Malice Mizer. I love the direction they were going with Klaha and I wish they could have stayed together. Also, I don't really care for any of the solo projects, but I do love M10M. I still remember when I found out they broke up, I was just sitting there thinking "damn, I should just stop getting into bands, this is the 2nd band that is broken up! DAAAAMMMIIIITT!!!" (that was also the day I found out DLQ was broken up too) but of course that's just my luck, I find a band I love as much as I love DIsturbed, and they aren't making anymore music >< and itis really hard for me to love something as much as disturbed. I just loved the music so much so I was really pissed the day I found that out.

Full is doing Nookicky. Which is like Guniw Tools, but more Full and less randomness. ;o;

Was it Meev that left? I thought it was the bass player Kikasa that first left...

But I agree with you about X and Malice Mizer~loved both bands but I also love their spawns. Syndrome was a good band as well...funny how their drummer Shion is now in Shelly Trip Relize with Kikasa.

Supposedly, they had Kikasa take the full heat so that Miyavi could maintain his pretty boy image and stay strong as PS Company's solo artist, which I don't find hard to believe, look at the way they toss him into any magazine possible. Kikasa wanted to leave and DLQ could have easily stayed together, but PS Company saw a money making face with Miyavi.

And yes, Kikasa WAS in STR, I say "was" because he just recently left the band because of.. you guessed it.. "musical differences". I hope he really finds what he's looking for because he's a really talented bassist.

Good God I am behind. I didnt know Disturbed werent making music anymore and I most certainly did not know that Kikasa left STR. wept >_<!

Gah, cant these j-rockers just sit still and play music for one minute without getting ants in their pants and joining other bands all the time. MY BRAIN IS TOO SLOW TO KEEP UP WITH ALL THIS BAND CHANGING!!!! /O_O/!!

[Shadows Paradox X]

The first and only band I ever really loved was Malice Mizer, I was so dedicated to them I refused to listen to anything else.
But now MM is dead and buried.
Thank God Mana continued making music.

I miss a lot to Schwarz Stein, Velvet Eden, Amadeus... this three bands are what I most miss and it's a shame they didn't continue... I want more Amadeus -_-

Edit: or at least the members could appear and continuing making music like most of Malice Mizer did, but they all disappeared, except Seiji from Amadeus who is now in a weird band and he is an hiroshima zombie ^_^
