Gackt and why we love him

ON TOPIC: I think Gackt is kind of neat. I like a couple of his albums. But recently I haven't been too keen on him. It seems like all (all I've heard, at least) of his music recently has been promotional material for some product. (i.e. movies, etc) But I might be wrong as I don't really follow Gackt-related news.
Also, I think he was the best technical vocalist out of all of the vocalists Malice Mizer had. Not to say Gackt era is my favorite, because it isn't (I don't have a favorite era). I've just noticed that, out of all the vocalists, Gackt sounded most like he did on the recordings at lives to me.

But I've also heard Klaha is trained in operatic singing, I just don't know how much truth there is to that claim. xD

But this was my personal opinion compared to something horrible. You understand?

I really love Gackt for joining Malice Mizer when he did as well. I'm not a big fan of Tetsu-era (I don't like his voice, sorry ^^; and when Gackt joined their image became a lot more.. defined and unique? I don't know how to explain, but I think somehow it was mostly thanks to his influence that they got that lovely romantic touch in their songs. <3 He is very educated in classical instruments, after all. Nowadays he also plays violin in his concerts next to piano~~ ^-^

That's another amazing quality of Gackt, bringing out the best in people around him!!

I can't wait to see his Au Revoir performance with JOB at the Camui Gakuensai lives...!!! Hopefully there will be violinplaying by YOU-kun, that would sound so nice!

Though his era isn't my favorite era, Gackt is my favorite MM vocalist. Like Amatsu said, he seems to be the best technical vocalist they had. I love Tetsu and Klaha as well, but Gackt seems to have the best range of any of them.

Now there's something I agree with. I don't even think Gackt is hot, but he's certainly better looking than the others, imo.

Klaha looks old.

Why not ? Anyone has the right to have one's opinion. For myself, I think that Klaha was hottest than Gackt. But ... it's just my opinion ^^ And I admit that it's true that I really like Klaha ^^
