So I've been wondering recently whether it's still possible to safely find ways to buy Moi dix Mois CDs these days. Are they sold in any actual Mana stores? Or are they just resold?

That, uh... that's a good question. Have they really all gone out of print now?
I do see that Suruga-ya has used copies of pretty much everything, and there are even a few new copies of things floating around on Amazon.
Oddly, some of the Amazon.co.jp listings don't seem to ship overseas anymore - if you change your location to Japan there are more available.
It used to be that Daiki Sound would keep all the Malice Mizer/M10M-related stuff in print, but maybe not anymore?
Amusingly, I don't think Mana has ever sold music in his own stores, now that you mention it.

Yes, the best would obviously be to buy it directly from the source now that they have Buyee integration.
