Seriously tho...people I know state a Squier Strat would be a decent starter guitar. Then when you get good, move on to the good stuff, in this case, Jeun Fille.

Different advice taken from another board I read: "I don't recommend a Squire, stay away from those ...

For electric, go with a Mexican-made Stratocaster. American if you want to shell out some more dough. Try a Les Paul Epiphone also, see which one you like better. "

Just some advice that might help you. Tho, if you wanna shell out on 5+ grand on a Jeun Fille to learn on, you go for it. I wouldn't tho.

*Most of this advice is from other people. I do not know much about guitars. I'm a drummer.

Also, you might want to get the Edwards. They are the cheap alternative, but they are mini. Like the ones you can buy at ToysR'us. I saw both of Mana's models at Like an Edison. Even though the sign said DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, I touched it anyways and its the exact same as the real or a real guitar. Although it has a neat option of having a speaker. It can also play bass too. They are about $500 compared to $5250. Just try to think ahead before buying/making a guitar for atleast more than $1000.
