Hizaki has disappointed me for years, so I don't think Kaya is their new vocalist, or maybe this will be an instrumental release.
Revelation wrote: ↑ bingo! that's my firm belief as well. I'd like to think that most musicians, if they have differences in direction for whatever band they're in, they can end things on decent enough terms. (of course this isn't always the case by any means) but anywho! I believe I saw that same photo on Kaya's twitter (maybe?) and that sure would be nice if Kaya was/would be the vocalist for HGP's return. ♥
Kaya hasn't released anything in ages, so who knows? Maybe it's because they've been having secret negotiations...
Juka gave his followers the opportunity to share their favorite cars, but I noticed he finished his story with this. Would someone translate?
Revelation wrote: ↑ "Closing this because I got so many responses already. This time, the responses were 85% foreign women. I think you miss out on 85% of life without a car. It's weird how the youth in Japan have no interest." So what cars did these foreign women like best?
flowersofnight wrote: ↑ since when is Juka a Ford sponsored content creator wth Also I can't believe he pulled a "kids these days don't know about [...]" what is going on with vk...
flowersofnight wrote: ↑ We had a little bit of everything, though I noticed Juka seemed more receptive toward luxury cars like Audis and Chryslers (both which he’s owned) as well as Aston Martins. I personally favor the Panther de Ville aesthetic. Also I can't believe he pulled a "kids these days don't know about [...]" Bear in mind this is the same guy who shamelessly denied having a favorite song (I quote, “none”) from his MdM heyday, haha. Let him spill tea!
Revelation wrote: ↑ Chryslers? Is that considered a luxury brand over there? (EDIT: apparently they do make a luxury car now, the 300. Who knew?) The only "fantasy cars" I ever liked the design of were Lotuses. Never been in one myself though.
flowersofnight wrote: ↑ gee what a shock, all the foreign women that you followed back responded to your story, juka? wild honestly i'm waiting for more fishing stories/instas although he definitely seems to be firmly grounded to his cars lol
Well, Juka is upping his car game now and is pursuing a new license so he can drive fire engines. I believe the ongoing situation with COVID-19 keeping him out of work has led him to find new work, hence the need to shift gears (pun intended). Best of luck to him!
Hold on, what? He wants to drive fire engines in Shimane? I thought he had had enough of hanging around with a bunch of underpaid men all day Car Talk: the other day I was behind a guy driving a cherry-red Chrysler LeBaron convertible with antique vehicle plates XD I'm not sure I'd be bragging that up, but whatever floats your boat I guess.
I figure this is on-topic for the Juka thread: check out this itasha https://nitter.net/Don_Carotine/status/1322723559471345664/photo/1 It's a Corvette, so it's on-topic.
He posted that pic on his ig in 1st Jan "The first time I bought these DVD in my life" emmm, will he come for the 20th anniversary of MdM (Japanese fans acknowledged that the reason why he left MDM was groupie...And he was not friendly to Mana for a while after he left MDM That's why they hate Juka )
sanctum wrote: ↑ Sorry, English is not my native language, which may make you misunderstand. I think Juka means that the DVD he bought a long time ago was his first experience of buying a DVD in his life(or he means he was Ma cherie) He sang Seraph on February 12, 2018, that song from M+M‘s first ablum, not very famous, if he wasn't a fan, he wouldn't know the song
kaiisis wrote: ↑ As in particular groupies, or...? Because Juka's side of the story (via Instagram) was that his fanbase in general was much smaller than what he wanted out of fame. Basically he wanted something more like Gackt's level of success but Juka stated he couldn't even afford to eat rice sometimes from the little money he was earning; it just wasn't worth it. Also, it could be true that he didn't get along with Mana, but he still wears his Moi dix Mois hoodies when he goes on fishing trips, so I'd like to think he can't dislike Mana *that* much anymore or else why even show off?
Revelation wrote: ↑ Not only that, but he put a Moi dix Mois sticker on the engine block of his beloved Z4. I imagine the urami abated somewhat once Juka wasn't still working for peanuts under the Lord of Darkness. Stacking paper and catching feesh surely mellowed him out.
