Should we rename the thread the "Kiwamu: Because My Angry" because I think he finally announced leaving GPKISM. (http://ameblo.jp/darkestlabyrinth/entry ... 31176.html). If someone wants to confirm since I can't read moon runes. Might be best to have a separate GPKISM thread because we don't need to muck up poor GPK's thread with Kiwamu lulz. :P

Iska, you're such a true disciple, never forgetting a single word he said, and hitting back at him in his own words, ahahahahah!

He's got the rest of his life to recover from the experience, which is not so bad. At least he made it alive. :P

Fixed the title. The only reason I had it as GPKISM was so people would know it was a continuation, but you all seem to have found it just fine. xD
If someone wants to make a GPK thread, go ahead, but I don't listen to his music so I'll leave that up to somebody who does.

I was listening to GPKISM's older works the other day (Sublimis, Illuminatum) and they made me sigh. They sounded full of energy and passion; like Ken was excited about the possibilities of this form of expression. Although the music technically is really simple (shitty, even), and so badly produced, I love it.

The older GPKISM works sound tired. Like it has became a job. Even though the mixing and mastering improved everything else sucks. The songs have no life. I wonder what happened along the way. Perhaps the dream of becoming a musician in Japan was not so nice after all.

Mr. GPK, if you release another record not on Darkest Labyrinth I will definitely buy it

So is GPKISM over? I haven't been paying attention to them that much...

I would be REALLY sad if Kiwamu does leave GPKISM.

And ohh, major achievement, I just added him on Facebook. I don't know how to start trolling him so I guess I'm just gonna start by liking Iskanderia's comment :p

Do you mean newer? but I do agree with you any energy that was there at the begin has gone (then the only new song I got into was Immolare). I think working with Kiwamu and other Japanese artists wasn't the greatest idea for him, on one comment video where Kiwamu, Sisen and Seileen were all speaking Japanese he seemed all awkward with no idea what they were talking about.

@Ansem, not really sure but I imagine not as it was Ken's project to begin with and I don't see why he wouldn't carry on. Unless Kiwamu did what King of Gorgoroth did and had the name copyrighted to himself.

BTW, I chuckle a little inside every time I see this thread title.

How can you be so certain that Kiwamu didn't eat him or something? I haven't seen or heard anything from him for ages.
Weren't those pics in that magazine recent ones? ::erm:: Now don't scare me!

@Iskanderia : that title is the best indeed, eheheheh!

I personally think Ken should be alive... Kiwamu wouldn't want to go through the trouble of hiding a corpse just to kill this shit foreigner, right?

@Cerceaux : I can't believe how you always manage to make this world appear plain and simple for the rest of us, and how you can solve all mysteries for us. You must have been Sherlock Holmes in one of your former lives, ahahahah!
