nope i'm not sure how to contact es-chan for the first set, and i cant really figure out how to contact that blogger who posted the christmas interview photos (though even if i could.. i don't speak japanese lol) i'll leave the link to the blog post though if anyone wants to read through it and maybe find a more concrete source as to what show that really was from.

Tried to read the article a few times and found nothing on the source, just a description of what it all was. Nothing found on the web, not even by looking "JPOPX'mas Talk Live", which is the small watermark-thingy on the TV pictures. They also mention this interview very briefly, then they go on talking about other magazines and Malice Mizer's Gackt-era radio show.
however, you can message the poster with the メッセージを送る option under their profile (On the left column). Not sure how you can manage on writing it though, but the option is there.
