There is additional information on the MM homepage regarding entrance, the premium ticket and memorial goods voucher.

I received notification through the ESP CRAFT HOUSE LINE account that Kozi and Mana picks will be available on Rakuten as well as images of the designs. Kozi's has a certain furry friend on it > . <

I’m trying to decipher the best way to purchase the picks. Can you tell if they’ll be for sale in person in Tokyo shops?

They've always been available at the craft house, same with the foil ones for the ferrum model. I imagine it will be the same for the new ones too. The Rakuten store is just an online front for the Tokyo store anyway.

Yes, as Sanctum has said, they will definitely be available for sale in stores. Rakuten is a means for world-wide shipping as I'm sure not all those who wish to purchase the picks will reside in Japan :)
If you would like help in navigating Rakuten or an online store in Japanese I'll be happy to help ^^

Mad dog.

They keep them near the counter if I remember right, they even have pick holder keychains too (perfect size for Kozi's picks, but they'll fit anything).

Mana tweeted that photos will be allowed at the ESP display. This is great because ESP doesn't normally allow them at the exhibits. So Mana and the others may have requested it be allowed. No word as to how many costumes will be displayed. If there is one of Kami's, it's going to be emotional.

The guitar picks should be at the register on the first floor, along with the pick holders.

Also, there may be strange men filming people outside before the concert. Ryux said he wants to do this and Mana wants to join him. Now, not as likely that Mana will actually do that but I would not be surprised if Ryux does. He likes checking out the people in line.

I swear if they don't release this on video...
It will depend on the quality of the filming and sound. It takes time to set it up and then to edit it. They are going to have people there filming as I posted here earlier. But there are a lot of variables, so there are no guarantees as to what the end result will be. And it is kind of a waste of everyone's time to keep bothering Mana about it on Twitter. He's very familiar with creating concert videos. Not like he's never done this before. I am sure if the footage is good, and there are no problems with song rights, there will probably be a dvd. I'd bet Mana had thought of this some time ago when he was putting together everything for the concerts.
