Mana do a new Q&A days ago and he said (through Andrea) that He is considering Spotify in the near future and also said He CAN'T release the footage of those old VHSs they showed time ago on Twitter because copyright issues (with Columbia and Midi:Nette?)

    Source: https://www.instagram.com/p/CA6q3dajwYa/

About Spotify, he is aware that online music platforms are the future of music distribution, and in a side note, it seems Itoh-san owns the vast majority of MM and MdM works, that explains why other bands already have their music on Spotify and Moi dix Mois not. Time will tell.

Ah! Mana also said that he was no longer planning to release his autobiography due to her lengthy interview with ROCK&READ magazine last year LOL

I transcribed the Q&A without the marble-mouthed host's commentary, so no one else has to wade through that video. "Q" are questions from random internet users, and "A" are Mana's replies.
My marble-mouthed comments are in pink

Q: What were you like as a teenager, when did you start experimenting with fashions and self-image?
A: Age 11-12, wanted to become a member of Johnny's. Age 15-18, PUNKS. Age 19, aesthetic gothic.

Q: Once you found your aesthetic uniqueness and musical calling, what were the challenges you faced from others who didn't understand you?
A: I just want to pursue the things I want to do, so I've never given any thought to what other people may think.

Q: What time of the day were you born?
    A: I think 3:19 in the morning.

Q: Will Mana-sama ever write an autobiography?
A: Since I did a personal interview in the magazine ROCK & READ I don't currently have any plans to write an autobiography.

Q: I figured out Moi dix Mois has a hidden message by using numerology. Basically it's 666 and quite occult (??? couldn't hear this part clearly) Is this just a smart (?) thing or is Mana-sama really into satanism?
A: I've been reading occult magazines from an early age.
And then the host says "Apparently he really is into satanism"

Q: What music recording program does Mana-sama use?
    A: Digital Performer

Q: Do you have any advice for a visual kei band that is first starting out?
A: It's about what kind of world view you want to explore, there's no point in just doing makeup.

Q: I've been curious for years to know if you saved any copy of the audio for the ringtone you did for Castlevania.
A: Since I made it on a super-old flip phone I don't have the audio data. If anyone has it and can record it I want to hear it.

Q: Any possibility of doing furniture or upholstery in future collaborations?
A: Making the ideal furniture would be a dream, wouldn't it? I really want to furnish my whole house with beautiful blue furniture.

Q: A few years ago all three original Malice Mizer members shared photos of boxes full of VHS tapes of the band. Is there any chance this sort of old footage will ever be released to the public?
A: There is all kinds of rare footage I'd love to show you, but it's not that easy due to copyright problems.

Q: I'd like to know what Mana-sama's favorite stay-home activities have been during quarantine.
A: I have been pretty busy with making and editing video, so I don't really feel like I'm having a relaxing time at home.

Q: Has Mana-sama heard about Sega's 60th anniversary announcement coming this week? What are his thoughts?
A: I've been playing Sega ever since I was young so I'm delighted about their 60th anniversary. (This means he hadn't heard about it - they were announcing "new hardware" which turned out to be a mini-Game Gear)

Q: Moitie is well-known for its use of lace and fabric for visual details rather than prints. Does Mana-sama have a favorite non-print Moitie dress?
A: Non-print, as far as simple items go I like the JSK that has iridescent tape on a white fabric. (The host says this means the original version of the Cross Ray JSK (not sure of the name) and shows a picture)

Q: What music does Mana-sama enjoy listening to?
A: I like songs that are evil and fast, coupled with a beautiful melody.

Q: Does Mana-sama speak English? I've noticed that his Q&A answers in Moitie pieces (?) are very well-written. Either he has very good English or a very good translator. Either way my props to the writer.
A: I speak very little English. I'm not good enough to have an actual conversation and since I often go overseas I want to get better at it.

Q: Has Mana-sama ever been to Scotland, and if not does he intend to visit? I think he might like the gothic aspects of our heritage like the Glasgow Necropolis and Lonchesterite (????) Cemetery, the ruins of Elgin Cathedral, and the many castles that are in or near lochs. There is even a vampire fairy in Highland myth.
A: I have never been. From what you tell me it does sound like I'd like it. I'd really like to go one day.
I'd love to be a fly on the wall when Mana touches down in Scotland expecting "Castlevania" and finds this

Q: Kami is my inspiration to play drums, can you tell us an anecdote of Kami?
A: Kami was a hard worker, for example he would take his drum set way out into the sticks and practice in a dry riverbed.

Q: (Question about making his music available on Spotify and similar services)
A: Services like Spotify will become the primary source for music, so I do want to start making my music available on there.

Any one else for the idea of changing the name of this thread to a general about the interview questions?

One of the only MmM live videos I was able to actually watch live and right after the "what time were you born?" question came up I commented how interesting that he was born at 3:19 and also born on 03/19 X) Andrea laughed and said maybe we should take it with a grain of salt. She also clarified in this week's live video that she missed the joke when translating and that maybe Mana wasn't really born at 3:19.
I find it extremely funny that Mana is trolling Q&As again and that someone actually believed he would answer that one truthfuly. Also, satanism ::k:: and Mana admitting that he doesn't actually speak english!! Who'd have thought! ::bleh::

The VHS tapes question was mine as hope is the last to die and I really want to see new old MM footage. I regret not asking why the Kami footage and MCs weren't included in the DSVI bluray tbh

@voixdinferno what's your source on Yukie Itoh owning anything, aside from speculation?

On a side note, I really like Andrea. She's funny. She also laughed when someone said "thank you, father" to Mana, for an autograph at the Atlanta anime thing (last year? 2 years ago?) and that person was also trolling <3

    319 was probably a joke. 319 can be read as Music/ミュージック. 3=Myu 19=juku

I thought it was about his birthday being March 19th.
Since Hanachan did the dirty work I have nothing to add, other than to defend Scotland.
Edenborough is not fish and chips, though the food is a little sad lol
It's absolutely beautiful in the old town, and the main street sits above some legit horrible history.
They have a lot of ghost tours.

Edit: history with lame period costume pics

I'd translate it as "dad jokes"

If the person saying 3h19 were Kozi then yeah, I'd totally be with you on that.
But it's Mana, so I assume he didn't remember his time of birth, or didn't care, and just repeated his birthday.
