Just checked a fansite (God knows if it's reliable) and supposedly, Mayu and Kamijo met while being MM roadies. So, yeah, but I'm still not sure if Mayu was mentioned during the MCs, I haven't heard anything about it.

Ok, Mayu was mentioned in the MC (as was Machi, whose name I couldn't remember yesterday), but it seems it was kind of just in passing, when Kamijo was talking about droping Kami's drums and later when talking about the roadies having to live near Mana's house.
