need some help with cd japan purchase!

    Hey guys!

    i've ordered my first MmM from cd japan in August 2, since then my order appears as "credit card approved" but the 2 weeks has already past and the still don't confirm the shipping.

    I'm worried because the stock of the item i ordered was up to 7 to 14 days, i've never purchased clothes from cd japan but this delay never happened to me with purchasing cd's or anything else before. And now the item I ordered appears as "Out of Print" and the funds in my credit card has been returned.

    Does this has happened to anyone else in here, most buyers of MmM?

    is this normal?

    I still can't find a email address to ask cd japan about this, but there is an email to cancel the order or change the shippment method: info@cdjapan.co.jp . But i still do nor write to them in here because i do not want my order to be cancelled or anything.

    What would you recommend me to do?

    Try send an email to info@cdjapan... it's their customer support email.

    They automatically cancelled my order once (sent me a generic email saying they couldn't get the item from the supplier) when in fact they have it in stock at regular price. Lame excuse because they didn't want to give me that at sale price.

    BTW, CDjapan only bill AFTER shipment was sent, not sure why your card was charged when they haven't even ship your order yet.

    Mail them. Even if you don't want your order to be cancelled you can only ask about your order status. They will take the time to read it and to answer to every problem personally. They have really nice customer service.

    Si, es normal.

    Siempre se tardan mas de 2 semanas en que tengan el producto desde MmM; yo creo que juntan varias ordenes de cosas y las mandan a pedir a MmM.

    Yo ahora quería pedir una camisa pero no creo que alcancen a llegar a Chile antes del show :p

    D:! que espanto! es que una chica de México que ya ha comprado en varias ocasiones moitie en cd japan y me dijó que generalmente no tardaban tanto. Voy a enviar el email de todas maneras para preguntar a ver que me dicen, lo pedí desde el 2 de agosto via EMS precisamente para que no me llegara fuera de tiempo :/

    ojala que no demore mucho u.u

    Pues en el mail siempre responden al dia siguiente, o cuando mucho a dos dias. A mi me paso lo mismo cuando iba a preordenar el Rose de Versailles y pues, me respondieron especificamente sobre el status del item, que ya estaba agotado pero hubo cancelaciones. Anyway, al final termine comprandolo en YesAsia, lol, espero ese no sea tu caso.

    Also, respecto a tu orden. Supuestamente por el hecho de que tu ya tengas el item ordenado te deben respetar que lo tienes, o sea, ya deben tenerlo reservado, independientemente de que ya aparezca 'Out of Print'.
