singles collection is being released by Nippon Columbia, not midi:nette, Columbia is an american company.

I am still stumped about that DVD though. It's too expensive to experiment, and I would have undoubtably heard about anything like this before now

because that was recorded and released before the RIAA went apeshit over owning everything.
I'll bet Midi:Nette demanded thay own the rights to it after Malice Mizer left Columbia... and i have a strong feeling that the singles collection release is not endorsed by Mana.
