Yeah, I'm really not seeing any problems here. I think a little common sense is all we need. If anyone does see something inappropriate, just bring it to a moderator's attention.

I don't think sigs are a problem- they're just sigs.
As for exchanges in foreign languages on the forum, isn't that what PMs are for? I guess just do it there and not in public domain.
Anyway, I honestly haven't seen anything either except for sigs, but that's normal.

If you're so concerned about what's being said, then go learn French/Japanese/Spanish/Whatever. 
I have always just glazed over posts in other languages, but if I'm REALLY curious, I'll run it through babelfish or something.
