For some reason, there's one member who I'm not able to PM, though I was just yesterday. I'm able to message other members, but not her. Any idea why?

How do you know you are not able to PM them?

Have you checked your outbox? Is the message still in queue? Maybe they never checked their PMs yet.

It's not that I haven't gotten a reply, but rather that I get a 'Forbidden' page when I try to PM them.
