"Lately"? I thought they were always pretty obsequious. I've returned huge pieces of furniture that they had to send a truck back for, and they didn't bat an eye.
(Note to self: ordering furniture on Amazon is for dummies)
In that case you actually sent the item back. I'm getting full refunds along with keeping the item in response to emails detailing minor grievances (without them even asking for a photograph of the issue).

Thanks to that awful NATO tweet I learned a new word, ドン引き.
So what does it mean? Doesn't take many Google results to find a Gackt scandal-sheet article with that in the headline ::gaku::

can anyone help me find an awful vis kei song? It was some guy in a dress dancing para para against a pink background to typical technoish music. And his voice was the worst thing ever.

Personally, I'd heard it because it is terrible.
It was meant to be my ultimate entry for the work worst song off until someone pulled out Tonetta...
I'm still gonna make them listen to it at some point, preferably when we are 6 squeezed into the work car and no one can leave.

Lol it's so distinctive it lives rent free in my head. I hope it's never deleted. At some point in high school my friend and I almost planned doing a recreation because if I remember correctly that dress is bodyline and my friend had gifted me a very similar one haha.

Tbh I'll take a wonky electropop VK MV with a dance anyday over the common rock route a lot of VK artists have had :P

After a rewatch, I realized the other guy is playing a guiter.
Is there even a guiter in the song? It all sounds like synth.
This is the best worst song ever.

Continuing my series on strange and curious spam mail, sent from a Gmail account with a garbled address.

big savings

That's all. I wonder if someone is trying to use an AI to generate these.

Looks like he used to be a dentist before he entered the world of aural entertainment.
Wait so, wait so...
He started as a dentist... and now he does drill music?i

I should have seen that coming, I suppose

Dude must have flunked out of Real Job Having pretty hard though. Aren't there dentists every block or two in Japan, and don't the Japanese just go get drilled every now and then? It must be a license to print money.

Yeah, according to his profile from ねこみみ。, another band he plays bass in -
綺羅(Ba)ねこみみ。の創設者。元歯科医師。現在、作曲家綺羅空心斎として多数のアイドルやアーティストの楽曲制作を手掛ける。プロデュース業でも活躍。

The rabbit hole goes even deeper, it looks like he was the head a of a maid and butler concept dentist clinic called 'PureCure'!

He even has his own Wikipedia entry, looks he has been far more prolific than we expected. https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/綺羅空心斎
Although, I should also point out that he seems to have created and manages the Wikipedia page himself.

So, we're back to the old "Woodland Bob" question here (so named for Mana's shadowy backpacker backer). Is this guy, in the final reckoning, admirable for being a patron of the arts to the limited extent of his capabilities?

Well he certainly seems to have found more success in the fields of dentistry, producing and composing then we can all (combined?) claim to, so yada yada at this point any criticism would just be anti-dentite.
