In that case you actually sent the item back. I'm getting full refunds along with keeping the item in response to emails detailing minor grievances (without them even asking for a photograph of the issue)."Lately"? I thought they were always pretty obsequious. I've returned huge pieces of furniture that they had to send a truck back for, and they didn't bat an eye.
