Yes!! Someone who agrees! That song amazes and soothes me. It's one of my favorite songs ever. Now I have to buy Yurikago just for Aqua, those bastards. XD I know it's on Cinema Cradle too, but still.

lol i think cimema cradles sucks dude

really boring and aimless pvs IMO

I don't think RES has done a single PV I actually liked. They definitely should have released a live DVD (I hope they'll do it for their last live but I doubt it)

I only watch Sincerely and Aqua from time-to-time. I don't own the DVD though, it's pretty expensive for what you get.

Anyway, I'm really hoping for a last live DVD, too...:/ I didn't buy the singles with the Live stuff on them, because I want something in full. Really hoping for it.

Their website has been updated, and they will release a last live DVD called "The War of Megiddo" (same title as the live itself, I guess). Anyway, fucking sweeeeet!!! I hope they play Aqua and Torikago to Maria. They're also releasing a PV collection DVD apparently.

OMFG FUCKING SOLID DUDE

I'll only get the PV DVD if it's got Cinema Cradle on it cuz I have all the other DVDs they released with the CDs. I don't think mizu yume ever showed up on them though. Gotta wait for a tracklist.

EDIT: Seems like the PV disk will come with the live DVD

D: I'm leaving for New Orleans tomorrow. I hope my copy of Megiddo is still in my mailbox when I return!

I'm so broke this month, I'm going to either hope to get a BAJILLION monies for X-mas and buy it then or wait until next month. I want to listen to it :(

I guess I can borrow it from the Internet but because it'll be one of their last releases I want to actually hold it in my hands and savor the music when I listen to it.

That shit better not sell out ::hora::

I've finally got AIN SOPH AUR in my hands. (Saved it as a xmas gift).

It's so amazing to have all their best stuff together. ::weepy:: Two new songs are great, but it's bittersweet to know they're also their last songs.

I'm weirdly touched by the fact that Zenkeiiro kusari hateru ima, yuiitsu...is the final song on the final disc. Don't know why but it's always been a special song to me.

Edit: maybe of interest to some; the versions of some of the multiply released tracks:

Shinwa - Bottom of Chaos version
TO INFINITY - Bottom of Chaos version
SECRET SCARS - UNENDING SANCTUARY version
Re-birth - yurikago version
Taiyou no todokanai basho - Kein no hitsugi version
Ichigo Oblate - seems to be a remastered version from Jukaigokuchi ~La Renaissance??
LAST WORD " " - AMONGST FOOLISH ENEMIES version <3
I HATE MYSELF AND I WANT TO DIE - Bottom of Chaos version

I could justify it because I only own their full albums. No mini-albums or singles. So I’m getting a lot of “new” material I didn’t own on disc before.

New songs are good. ::squee::
Tsuki ga maifuiru koto no nai daichi is a very classic RES type song. I was expecting it to be a heavysong since it’s on SIDE OF SATAN, but it’s not. STAY GOLD is, well… it sounds just like I wanted it to, from the title. :) Gorgeous ballad song.

I found STAY GOLD very emotional and beautiful. It's when I heard this song that I kind of realized that it was really the last one, that RES was over now. I don't know how to explain better, but it really gave a me a special feeling.

Last live was great. I haven't had time to digest some of their recent material so it wasn't as familiar to me, and the set started off a liiiittle slow and dragged a liiiittle in the middle, but the mood was great, everyone was spot on, and the encores consisted of lots of older songs.

I only knew Ryo so I was a little nervous when I went to go say hello, but he introduced me to everyone and they were all very, very nice. Mika was the most talkative, and Satsuki seemed much more normal in person, which was a relief. Also Ryo hyped me up a lot so they were pretty eager to talk to me. The champagne they provided helped. ::weepy::

I'm glad you went, Elec! ::weepy:: It was surreal when the card advertising for their last live fell out of the disc jacket this morning. :(

oh hey oh hey speaking of Mika and Satsuki being fabulous and nice and currently available doesn't your band need a drummer and a vocalist or something?

I'm just saying.

I'm putting in an order for Ain Soph Aur and Unending Sanctuary. I can't wait until they arrive ::squee:: I didn't buy Megiddo and will probably buy that next time I go CD shopping.

I need to buy a new CD rack, I have no place to put these because my current one is full now ::meev::

I wanted to order Megiddo and Ain Soph Aur, but due to the crappy conversion rate to the Canadian dollar it's pretty expensive when included with the other things I wanted.

I want the Last Live DVD more, though.. so the other CDs will have to wait.

Clips from the last live are on their official site now, as well as a setlist, the PVs, and more info on the bonus document/live footage.

I'm pretty pumped. A little disappointed the Aqua PV isn't included (but 'a prelude' is a great song too, so oh well) but stoked about Stigmata, Last Scene, Unending Sanctuary, and Amongst Foolish Enemies being on there.

I was actually assuming the full Mizu yume miru chouchou PV would be on it..but alas. I'm hoping Aqua is performed somewhere in their bonus live footage. It might be short clips though, given some of their singles, etc.

Anyway...need it now.
