I just got this! A sticker distributed on the first concert, with the same logo as printed on the Sans Logique demo tape.

I think all those "in-store tapes" are just clips from whatever single/album they're supposed to be promoting, possibly with some sort of promotional voice-over. You know, the kind of thing you'd play in a loop over the speakers at the record store. I've never heard any Japanese ones, but I can't imagine it's anything spectacular.

Is it like those tapes that are known to exist of Kyomu, Bel Air, Gekka and more like mentioned on your site? Those for radio stations too, with the song like twice per cass side lol. Or is this something different?

It is a promotional tape used at bidekon electronics store in yonezawa. It contains a promotional comment from Gackt and the song Au Revoir. There is also a video version that contains live footage as well.

Edit: Looks like it sold for a moderate price. Higher than I've seen it for in the past.

I think those are real, because the seller sold lots of other rare things, even pamphlets at a cheap price. Pamphltes are harder to fake. Also he did not tag it LAREINE, just Laliene, which as a result much less people find the offer.
Yeah I'm missed I missed out on that deal...
