    (I may never know the joy of seeing the idols of my turbulent adolescence in-person, but this may come pretty damn close. I am on the brink of tears. I really do hope I can get my hands on this once it's out. I've had enough hardships for one lifetime... Perhaps this will soothe the ache.)

    Speaking of, I wonder if we'll ever see any of the back catalogue remastered for blu-ray. It doesn't seem like the format ever got much traction with the indies. Anyone can press out a few hundred DVDs by now, but blu-rays seem to be another story.

    I just wanted to add that it sounds like they are still working on the dvd. Both Közi and Yu~ki tweeted to that effect. I think that Mana wanted to let people know it is happening, instead of saying nothing and having people wonder if it would happen.

    Personally I would rather they spend the time making something worthwhile than rush it just to get it out. Important thing is, it is happening.

    I'm really concern about the licensing rights for all the songs, would be so sad if we only get half of the live.

But considering that he became a big star because of MALICE MIZER, like the song says, no pains, no gains.

    I do think MALICE MIZER is on an upswing after all these years. It's kind of amazing the number of fans that are out there after all this time, even outside of Japan. I've noticed a trend of people getting into the older VK groups. There would be no sin in remastering old releases or putting together unreleased stuff for sale. Thing is, it still would take time and money. But yes, if this does well, who knows what may happen. Something for them to do in their old age :)

    I hope they edit the MCs between songs, I want to relieve it as a concert. Maybe they can put the MCs in a separate menu.

    I want to watch it right now T__T the new amazing version of Gardenia, Seraph and how amazing Chargeeeeeeee played the drums, the "violently" version of Hitomi's No Pains No Gains, and of course, Kioku to Sora ♥

    Edit: oh! and I wish they separate the audio track of Bel Air, so I can mute Kamijo's voice, because it was awful.
