Many years ago I would order from them every so often, never had any trouble. However it seems to be run by one person so that could explain the time it takes.

I've honestly never even heard of them... But, not to deviate too much from the subject, has anyone here ever tried otaku.com? I've been overall satisfied with their service with the handful of items I've ordred... Except not entirely sure if I'm paying too much or not for them.

Oh that makes sense then. If he did not have the blue colored pick and is planning on going to buy it he will have trouble. The blue is all sold out, last time i went to esp crafthouse they were gone but some black and kozi's picks were in still last month.
