    Looking for reports of the Osaka live, came across one and translated, if anyone is interested.

    It can be found at my blog, along with a rant longer than the actual report >_>;

    so. uh. sorry.

    I don't understand why, either, but I'm gonna try and go abroad again before I'm out of college. To Osaka again, so I can harass Sadie some more. Out of love, I mean.

    If you are unfamiliar with Sadie's or Takao's blogs (yeah, yeah, we only care about XA-VAT because we like Kozi, I know) I suggest checking them occasionally. Takao is, afterall, a camwhore:

    and apparently, the four of them played catch in a park: four socially awkward men in their late 30s/early 40s, running around in leather pants and designer boots. Oh, Japan~

    Leather pants are very much approved.
    As well as the hair.
    Thank you for the picture!~

    Only in Japan~
    Oh I wish there were no kids running around, parents might be worried. Yet again, kids are humped on tv by hard-gay so..

    Sadie's blog is cool but with my slow internet connection I can't ever see anything! D: Too much stuff going on on there haha

    Congratulations, the Japan tour concerts are finished. Both of them :lol:

    Sadie's blog is emotional and full of hope for the uncertain future of XA-VAT. Usually he is depressed and self-loathing, which I find refreshingly human, charming even, for someone in that scene. A striking contrast to their stage persona, I mean.

    Speaking of egos...
    photo for Koziphiles coming from Hashikatsu's blog (a friend of XA-VAT???)

    [IMG]

    fun fact: Kozi and Takao were wearing accessories designed by Sho Asakawa, vocalist of PLASTICZOOMS. Takao and Sho are SUPER BEST FRIENDS~. Sho also has some VAT pictures on his blog. He is adorable.

    It is really nice to be a fan of two bands who intertwine like this. It is nice to have these hobbies and interests, instead of a life T_T;

    Well depressed I don't know, I seem to see too much of that, exactly in that scene :/

    You know what's refreshing? Having a band composed by a bunch of friends, interracting with other friends and so on ::squee:: Simple but rare when you're into vk..(yet again, this isn't vk)

    I can't see the photooo, and Sho's are so daaark~~!

    Well I guess it's refreshing to see him confess his feelings and be open about it rather than hide it behind alcohol *cough*
    Of course he is different on stage, but he has a social anxiety disorder and I think that's why I love him so much, cos I can relate xD;

    Anyway, sorry about that. Image should work now???

    I didn't check before, but there are more GORGEOUS VAT-pictures on Hashikatsu's blog. I still have no idea who he is, but I appreciate all the sexy XA-VATTY eye-rape he makes possible for us fans.

    Go TEAM XA-VAT~

    I don't? Well that's good news for me, I'd have to tell my 9 years of (and ongoing) selective mutism that! XD

    That was kind of the reason why I was wondering how the hell I'd think it's cute.

    LOL selective mutism. I've been there.

    I think we feel better about ourselves when the ones we love or idolise as gods have their faults, especially faults similar to ours. Cos then it also means you have something in common and that makes you stick out from other fans xD

    I still think it's cute, too. Though Sadie is cute for other reasons:

    I know I am not the only person on earth who thinks so. Every time I see him I can't help but go "d'awwww" ;_; ♥

    Fun stuff ya? :D I din't even know about the fact there was a name for it until not so long ago. My bad opinion about psychologists will never change it seems, if only they'd do their job right and, you know, help people~

    You do feel closer for some fangirlish reason haha, but I have such a hard time with people who have the same problems (well obviously, who's going to feel at ease? XD) that I still think ok, great artist, but I'd probably not get along with the guy, so it puzzles me a bit.
    And yesss, your Sadie is cute, don't worry! :3

    Thanks harajukululu!

    I would never have guessed that Sadie has social anxiety disorder. So sad it's over for XA-VAT, I think they may have pulled the plug too fast.

    Video Gaytion, is that song only on the DVD? But the one I downloaded doesn't sound like the live version... I think I asked this before but I can't seem to find the song on any of the 3 records XA-VAT has made.

    It's not really something one would discuss, but based on what he publishes on his blog and how he interacts in person (awkwardly and adorably), I can tell he's not a fan of people and he's really bad at smalltalk (just like me. He's my hero~). It's strange, though, with all the networking he must have done in the 90's, cos he knows like, EVERYBODY, in the goth scene.

    I also don't think they are going for a complete stop. Sadie said he's looking forward to what becomes of their 'next installment'. I forgot the words he used exactly, but I won't give up hope just yet~
    (I also don't want to believe SPEECIES is over. He is just being lazy. Give him time XD)

    Video Gaytion, at least for me, came as an extra/separate disc along with my purchase of the expensive CD+DVD version of the album. I bought the album in Japan, not from CDJapan, so I'm not sure what they were offering. I'd figure it would be the same, right?
    And it shouldn't sound completely different from the live version on the DVD, I mean, it's the same song o_O
