The singer, Sakurai Atsushi, passed away from a brain hemorrhage.

My username is a tribute to them. And it's also a reminder to please, please, remember your own mortality and that of the people you care about. Tell them you love them. Give them a hug. Write them a letter. Don't put it off. It's too short. It's all too short.

I forgot about scape and came back when I heard the news. It's so surreal; he was still so young.
Is it really that common to die from brain hemorrhages?

Not even 3 months after ISSAY's death, and they were both so young...

I guess I didn't expect to be this heartbroken (I was more of a casual listener than fan) but I've been listening to BT all day and I can't quite believe he's gone.

This year has been really freaking shitty.

I also rushed to scape forums after hearing the news, it just feels so unreal. Buck-Tick had not only been active for much longer than a lot of other groups in the visual kei space, but with them having the same members for virtually their entire run, it felt like they would go on forever. I can’t process that Izora is be forced to be their last release as we know it.

I know it's just a bias but it seems like a disproportionate amount of japanese musicians suffer from this.
I did a random google search and this came up. But I have no idea what any of these medical terms mean.

It's really heartbreaking. I also didn't know Issay had passed away 3 months prior. What a loss for the community.
