Mana's ahead in the race to conquer the world it seems... XD I feel weird about Gackt coming to Europe, I don't know whether to feel happy or not >_>; at the moment I just feel weird I wonder what would happen if he would come to the U.S. I'm glad that Mana is ahead of him in like going to other places for stuff.

I think Dears was international until some crazy fan on a fantrip started stalking Gackt. This is not official information, but that's what I've read.

But, now that he's actually planning to do it, I'm wishing for him to come to Finland and get himself a good, huge arena where he can do his Vanillas. He's one of the people I really want to see live.
And some Finnish fans already sent him a fanletter (by mail) together and Gackt answered "they were so beautiful ladies that he has to come here soon". So

One of the perks is the chance to go on some of Gackt's little trips to foreign countries, and apparently in Australia somebody stalked him, they blamed a member (who was foreign living in Japan), she got her membership taken away. Everyone blamed her but eventually somebody let Gackt know what happened and now she's back in the fanclub. (I only know this because I heard so much about it from others I went right to the source and read what she had to say, because I know how rumors can get out of hand).

Dears was never international, and neither was kissmark.
