I was going to say that I don't think DD really has that much more money than MDM to throw around because their albums aren't exactly flying off the shelves anymore, but they are on a major label and they're still selling more records than MDM probably, so you might have a point.

It's not exactly what I'd call "to cling to my speculations". Maybe just to follow "the good sense" and what I saw and still see around me.
But I can be wrong about you. It doesn't concern me after all ^^

Well. According to the magazine Billboard, in 2007, Duran Duran would have already sold more than 70 millions records in the world. I think they announced that fact when Duran Duran received a Brit award for their career.
I didn't look around to find the number of their sales these last years. But, only for Astronaut released in october 2004, 2 millions of copy were sold.

The number of the tours they made, the number of their albums, singles, VHS, DVD sold and the number of awards they received.
All these facts make me think that they have much more money than MdM to throw around. That's why my last message about them. I spoke in the past but it's not so far. They were still in a mini tour of 8 dates during the summer of 2009 (yes, for Duran Duran, a mini tour is about 8 dates ^^) and in 2008, they made a tour of not less than 81 concerts around the world. And a new album is planned for 2011.

I am not a fan. Simply, I had read some news about them before my last message, to make myself an idea ^^

Yeah new entry XD

† Secret Place

j-f.jpg

Lately, we went in the band rehaersal of the last new songs, arranged the album and now are the days we seem to have looked at.

And those who worried because of the lyrics, I added them all, so you can relax.

Anyway, it seems that the October is inlaid in recording.

Because I always have the image of the digital screen these days in front of my eyes like NIRAMEKKO [game: you look at each other and are not allowed to laugh], I got an therapeutic advice from the count to try "shoots of white radish" !?

Thought, during these dizzling days,
at the end of October, for me the place which can be called oasis appears just right in time...
fufufu
At this time your nice memories will cure me anyway.

Mana

At least: he is stressed and looks forward to Secret Meeting at the end of the month XD

Mana posted this entry at the same time I asked the Moitie staff about all the information about DI XD

^ Welp, there ya go. Lyrics are done.

@Tiny....yeah, I was agreeing with you. Obviously DD have a lot more money than MDM even if they're not totally rolling in it like they used to be.

Can someone still doubt the fact that Mana IS reading scape?! XD

December seems so far away since the album is ready! I can't wait to be able to preorder it *_*!

Yes, We'd better think carefully before speaking now :P
I wanted to use the expression "tourner sa langue 7 fois dans sa bouche avant de parler" but I don't know if it has a meaning in english XD

Oh my, all the joke I already said about him ...
Now, I have the regret to announce that I am going to... continue in that way because "qui aime plus que bien, châtie plus que bien"! <3

If he does read scape, then he has a sense of humour, which is good! He said he wanted us all dead, but he'd miss us I'm sure. :P

I'm afraid I can never stop making fun of him, but that's only because I'm a coward. I never would if he was around, and I'd feel AWFUL for all the silly jokes I made. ::hora::

Mana, since you're reading this : I never worried about those lyrics, I knew it would be no problem! No kidding for once!

Actually here he is probably talking about the DAW produced by MOTU, called Digital Performer. It is what he uses for sequencing his MIDI. In Japan it is called デジパフォ(Deji-Pafo) or デジタルパフォーマー (Dejitaru-Pafoomaa).

Oh come on, he totally hires someone to stand at the computer translating every post into Japanese for him. Duh. ::meev::

To be fair, I think it would be pretty awesome if he knew this site existed, just so that he could get the wonderful Dead Scape irony. Maybe someone should email in...

Actually, I'm off to look up the lyrics to Dead Scape and twist their meaning round until I can make them sort of apply to us.

TBH I think dead scape is about the lack of quality members posting in the t Moi dix Mois t section.

Mana has a "forbidden relation with love" with scape, but he is too shy to admit it.

be more embarrassing.

lol.

edit: *Glad that he mentions "The Count"*

Is it unfair that I expect this album to top his last few albums? I mean, It has been sooo long since he has released anything under Moi dix Mois. To my knowledge, this is the first time he has been so outspoken to his fans about a cd release (the blog posts and all). [imo!->] either he is desperate for attention after such a long break of new material from M10M, or he is really proud of what he has created with D+Sect (or both). either way my expectations are very high (and very fragile)... I think he showed us a part of himself that has been kept hidden for almost a decade through Kanon Wakeshima and I can't help but think that now some of that "hidden Mana" might make itself present in his new M10M work.

there is nothing embarrassing when you quote Mana's own lyrics. ::mana::
