June 11, 2007 New Experiment
Presently I am, dispatching from someone’s record company with their agreement, in the middle of that maker’s beginning of producing with a new artist.
That person is doing classical, so they are also using strings.
I have a feeling that they will open a new door to the scene, they’ve taken it on.
Since a short time ago, that artist’s compositions and number of songs created now, they’ve been performing sort of like a prepro.
Since there’s no taste of Moi dix Mois’ compositions, the creation is very fresh and stimulating.
In that, since the Mana sound appears and disappears, I want to you look forward to it.
Well the details, I’ll probably get them and talk about them.
That sort of feeling, a new challenge of Dotabata-kun.
On that note, since I’m also creating Moi dix Mois songs it gives me peace of mind.
Turning next to Dark Sanctuary in August, perfectly electrify at it.

The translation confused me a little..does he mean that this new artist will be signed to his Midi:Nette label, or is he just involved in the creation process and no more?

Any chance we can get a second opinion on the translation?
That sounds more like Mana's just doing a little side work as a producer, not signing a new artist, but if you ask me it's too vague to draw any conclusions just yet.

It's different record company. Mana was just trying to be vague about which and who's involved.
What I got from it was that he was composing music for the new artist. That's what it sounds like when he says that the compositions don't sound like Moi dix Mois, but the "Mana" sound is sometimes apparent. No to mention the "I'm also creating Moi dix Mois songs" implies even further that he's writing different songs.
I didn't detect any indications of a Midi:Nette production.
