Yeah, try clearing your cache. I had to refresh to see the page come up.

On the main page, you click the rose second from the left on the bottom, and then you get a page with a physical address for snail-mail, and on the second line is a link that leads to a form you can type your message in. The first entry field is for your name, I don't know the kanji for the second field ^^; I think from there it's pretty self-explanatory.

And if it's in English, I'm sure that's fine, he's answered English questions on that other question-answering page he has
