That sounds right to me. It would also explain why Batsu shoved up the apology and pulled the thread off. However, as they're totally full of shit (much to my sorrow), we don't have to worry about. I do admit however that if M10M ever did come to the US, my mental state would be reduced to that of a fangirl's for at least 3.5 seconds.
And people... let's really lay off the Batsu forum, alright? The fledgling company's organization may be a bit lacking, but that is not the forum posters' fault. You know, I surfed around a little on there and Batsu isn't a total nuthouse of 
'd fangirls. There are a few sensible/non-inflammatory posters there keeping levels heads in the Moi dix Mois forum. Also a few idiots, but hey. We've had our fair share of idiots too. So yeah, let's not go attacking Batsu as a whole. It's a different place than scape with a different atmosphere. The people who post there, post there because they enjoy it there, just like people who post as scape only post because they like scape. 
I'm not holding back criticism of their administration, though. Check the rules sections. Big ol' topic called "Piracy," contents reading thus:
"Do not start any topics or discussions about pirated copies of unreleased albums.
It is highly unethical and it's bad for the Record Labels that work hard to produce a quality product. Topics pertaining to Piracy or illegal distribution of unreleased products will be deleted immediately."
...That was posted by the same dude (the site admin!) who was quoted on page 20 about not caring that the Moi dix Mois albums were uploaded on his forum. The admins have that kind of attitude/ineptitude, and they're claiming to be hosting the US tour?

Kyuketsuki, I agree my suggestion was a stupid one.. like I said I posted while I was batshit mad about something else... so when I'm in one of those moods just completely ignore me. Sorry about that ^^;
Also: While granted Midi:Nette very likely not respond at all, it would be nice if they gave them a little tap on the shoulder with a "Uh... what the crap are you doing letting people upload Mana's intellectual property??" at the very least

One must be careful though, because something said has the potential to influence others, regardless of intention. Frankly, I'm over this whole mess. As far as I'm concerned, their logic is all backwards and their actions quite contradict their statement of hosting Moi dix Mois. There's no way it's legit. If anything, I think what happend is that they possibly contacted midi:nette with the proposal, got a response saying that they could maybe talk, so now they've gone and over-done it when all they got was a "we got your email" email. In other words, jumping the gun when nothing is concrete, let alone substantial.
That sounds about right, I can see something like that going down. Oi.. I think I'm just going to meander about other threads unless something particularly serious comes up in this one. This Batsu crap is such a headache...
