Well, I got a reply from Batsu.... only it's a stupid form letter. 
Nonetheless, here it is:
So now they have an under construction sign on their actual site and an apology for Mon+Amour members.
So... what do we think now? Midi:Nette better confirm or deny this soon.

I can only imagine! Just reading that letter second hand infuriated me, especially the fact that they didnt give a straight answer either way on the subject. Totally not cool.

Still highly unprofessional. If you're a public company managing a major international tour, you can afford to have public contact information. It's called a PR department, or at least a spokesperson.

Wouldn't Mana know better than to do business with a new startup? Look what happened to Kozi when he signed onto a startup label XD
I wouldn't say kozi, but Eod management (?) and i think maybe Midi:Nette management has a say in this too -- i mean, all the decisions maybe are not done by mana.

I hope all these issues with the site putting it up then taking it down and so forth is Midi:Nette putting the smack-down on them. I had to supress major laughter about all that when I got caught up just now!!
