...I just found the link on some website, I didn't even know her name ! shame on me. I think that people who're doing cosplay already know this site, but even for everyone else, that's pretty interesting ^^ :

Yukari Ohba is the designer who worked for many jrock groups, especially Malice Mizer (but you'll also find some costumes she designed for Közi, Klaha, Daigo Stardust, Despairs Ray, Lareine, etc...). The "Work" section is wonderful !

oh yes ! and I forgot something : if you can read japanese ~_^ -, there's a 2 pages interview with Yukari Ohba in Malice Mizer's artbook "Livre Rosé - Blanche" with original drawings and all... she probably says interesting things in it !
