*looks at Mako's hair and outfit* god...i love that man! nn

...i really hate asking any type of request, but would anyone possibly mind or have the time to re-up the no-alternative album?

again, im very sorry if this is out of line.... i just haven't been able to find this cd anywhere... >_<

Yeah, that's no problem. I'll upload it right now, i think.

MaKoto, I can't wait to see the new shirts! They sound good, maybe I can get one on Yahoo!Japan. That's where I get alot of good deadman stuff. I still need the old shirt, though. :\

Hi hi. Just wondering if anybody's checked deadman's ohp lately. . . . there's a bass player named Kazuya listed under "members".

He looks neat. :)
I was wondering if he's official or not . . . .

Yes, he's official. Technically, they've been without a bassist for awhile, so it's good they've found one.

Also for the folks who ordered the new CD, it's being shipped between Friday, and Wednesday. :D Yay! That's from CDJapan. Even though on their site it says "2 to 3 days following release" don't beleive that.

Kazuya was with them right (or shortly)after Takamasa left. But until now he was only support. He's very nice and he's from Niigata :grin:

EDIT:

I was just on their website and they have a new song sample online! It's asthenia bullet stain!
And as I guessed in a post before it was really another song they played live already :lol:

Looks like deadman is going to Germany!

They've got a new English site now, which is very very sad looking, and it says they've got a show in Frankfurt on January 26th 2006 at Batschkapp.

You lucky bastards in Germany I envy you on that day!

does anyone know about their fan club?

meaning...whether people who are not from Japan may sign up?

...my very strong assumption is...no. :|

Their fanclub is called fuzz and you need a Japanese address to join! Also, I'll PM those who wanted No Alternative with the link in a bit.

I just came a few hours ago, back from the second handshaking event this time and I`m so happy :grin:

Yesterday I was at the Osaka live and well, all the new songs sound live so good :cry:

I have my album already since a few days and love it!

Does anyone other here has it already? If yes please tell me how do you like it? :D

My favourite songs are: dim quiet, follow the night light(especially this one), fragile sandy and raison d`etre. But the others I love almost as much^^

I've heard it and I have to say i'm quite disappointed. I've just been getting into them, too. :/

My favorite song is still "this day.this rain." even if it isn't really -new-. Though, even then I prefer the single version. The only other songs that caught my interest on the album were "Raison D'etre", "follow the night light", and "fragile sandy."

EDT: Actually I have to say that after a lot of listening, I really like this album. I like all of the tracks; it's a pretty solid release. Guess I just needed to get into it a bit more. ^^

I'm writing a review for the CD right now.

The PV was cool, though! Wasn't it?

I've only listened it once through but I can tell it's one of those albums that needs many listens to fully appreciate/grasp. So I'm reserving judgment for a bit. I'd love to read your review though, Priss. :)

yea, same here.

I first watched the video for "Follow the night light" and really, really loved the video and song, (i still think this may be my favorite on the cd)
but then when i gave a first listen to the whole cd, i thought the other songs were just "all right"...i will say i was a bit disappointed :/

however now that i've gotten to listen to it quite a few times, i really like most of the songs... nn
so (to anyone who had bought this just getting in to deadman as i did)...i would certainly recommend giving this cd some time to grow on you!

I love the PV, it`s great :D

And nothing is wrong with the albumO_O

To all who didn`t liked it: When you buy a new album of a band you didn`t heard many songs of, don`t you think it`s normal when you listen the first time to it, that you don`t like all songs?O.o

So as some said before me, all who didn`t do already please listen to it a few times, I`m sure many will like it.

But if not it`s ok too, because not everyone likes deadmans style.

Btw: I will surely go to the deadman lives in Europe, I gave them my word :grin:

Well, to be honest noone above you said they didn't like it. People only said that they thought it was a bit disappointing at first. Also, yes it is normal, but I just haven't heard a song or two of deadman, I've heard practically their whole discography.

Anyway, I'm still enjoying the album right now. ^^/

I`m sorry, I didn`t want to state that someone didn`t like it. I also know that most people liked it after some hearing.
I just wanted to say for other people who didn`t posted about it already and don`t like it that they maybe should listen to it again^^;
And I also didn`t want to insult anyone that he hasn`t heard much of deadman before. I just know that this album is for many people the first they bought of deadman so I said this.

So I am sorry again, if I said something wrong^^;

Oh no you didn't sound insulting in your post at all. ^^ I wasn't sure if you were aiming your post at just the people who posted above you or not, but now I realize you meant everyone in general who has heard the album and didn't like it much at first, to give it a chance because you could like it. And I agree with this, too. It really is a good album and now I actually -can't- stop getting urges to listen to it...oh my x_x;

I'm at work right now, so I can't post my review, but I really liked it! My favourite track is "Additional Cause of Sorrow"

Makoto, which European live are you going to? I want to go to the Germany one, but I don't have anyone to go with. If I go, we should meet up! It'd be fun. :P
