Sorry to get you excited o-o;;

I am starting this thread for all the dis inferno III news and reports from various members who will attend the event today.

Hopefully they will find it in their hearts to stop having fun in Japan for a few minutes and let us poor souls in on some of what went down

The DI3 forum will close a bit before or right after the event. So please make all new posts concerning anything here.

I'm going to save news about upcoming stuff for other attendees who are better at Japanese. I *think* I understood most of it, but I'd rather not take a chance on starting false rumors.

Dis Inferno was fun. K is scary. ;_; He's obviously SUPPOSED to be scary because he has a scary persona (you know, scary makeup, white contact lens, etc), but usually when guys try to make themselves scary they aren't at all. Somehow K is. He does the growly death voice. It makes him scarier. But now that Juka doesn't have to try to do all those growly vocals, he really seems like a prince! It's amazing how elegant and gentlemanly Juka is when he doesn't have to scream. ^^

Jun was mostly hidden in the back behind some props and he wore a mask so we couldn't see his lower face. Kazuno was back there too, sadly. The left side of the stage was rather crowded with all the props and the 3 guys. (K in front, Jun in a strange little enclosure of props in back, Kazuno just outside the prop fence toward the center) Mana was all alone on the right side for Moi dix Mois.

Schwarz Stein was enjoyable, although not as wonderful as I remembered. I only saw them once at last year's Dis Inferno, when they were sparkling with charisma and chemistry. I don't mean to say that they didn't give a good performance tonight, just that the impression I had was that they were more professional than vibrant. Not surprising, but...

I'm too tired to remember or write any more now. The show opened with a Slayer cover, Mana on drums like last year. Tohru did the vocals. There was some other cover/misc stuff before Schwarz Stein. But aside from that (which didn't take very long), it was basically a Schwarz/Moi dix Mois double-threat. Not like the variety show last year.

Oh, BTW, I think whoever said Takeru might be K was right. He looks like K. The profile height seems right as well... K is BIG. About the same height in flats as the other guys when they're wearing monster Moitie shoes. Jun isn't even close to that size.

For instance, *if* Shadow X was mana, well, he still wouldn't be doing the vocals on stage right? He would need someone else to do them obviously. Then there is the whole, why take half a year to publically show or talk about a member that was doing stuff on the single and album? I dunno...

My speculations were that K was only a cover for Shadow X until he was ready to be released?.....I never said they were the same person. Actually, I did, but yeah...I was confused. -_-"?
