It's definitely Juka
Hehe, see, I think it's totally not. Way too deep for Juka's voice. In fact, I remember listening to it when I first got the CD, sort of spacing out, and I was suddenly struck by "What the hell? Who is that?" at the end. I listened to just that part several times, trying to make sure it wasn't Juka... and I really don't think it is. Juka's voice is lighter than that, and his English is worse.

Yea, why would Mana only pretend to speak and get all his fans hyped because they think he's speaking? Mana is pretty evil, but he;s not THAT evil 
At least in Sakai no chi to bara. You can hear the whispering voice a few times before he steps up to the mic. And I always thought it was a female voice, might be wrong about that though.

One of the times I saw M10M in Japan, at Shinjuku LOFT the 8th of January 2003, he actually did this kind of thing. *LOL*
All the members talked in the microphone and eventually the gave the microphone to MANA... aaah the whole crowd squealed in astonioshment.... and then... you heard this WEIRD GIRLY voice, and saw MANA's lips moving.... BUT of course it wasn't MANA, he was just pretending to speak, and the weird voice was actually Juka! It was pretty funny actually! ^__^;
Yeah, Mana's real voice is definitly very manly, I was a Japan EXPO and heard him speak in the end, and it was manly, and the french words he speaked showed that he does not know how to pronounce french.. haha very weird but cute pronounciation! ^_^;
Not that I am any good at speaking french either, but I know what it's supposed to sound like at least... ^_^;;

But I think that Asian people in genral tends to have more crocked teeth than maybe westerners, it might be in the genes or something... I really don't know... ^____^;

It does seem like I've seen some of the weirdest teeth on folks from Japan, though. But then, I'm pretty unexposed to other cultures... in America, it's normal to have one's teeth straightened. You just don't see crooked teeth that often. So I can't tell if Asians are more prone to bad teeth or not, since over here we don't give our teeth a chance to look bad. ;]
It's a socialist thing... which very well could be all of Scandinavia, and perhaps beyond. I dunno; my European political knowledge is subpar.
