Is there a release date on Eve of Destiny's cd

I've been wondering about this too... they seemed to have a lot of stuff recorded, and judging from the preview CD, there couldn't have been too much more left to be done... Maybe it's some problem with their German label? (They were going to have it printed in Germany, right?)

Last I heard the material was ready but they were still negotiating with the record company about the specifics of the contract. But they do have this bad habit of saying 'soon' and meaning 'sometime next 3 millenia' so I can't even predict -___-
