So, out of curiousity, am I the only one who bought J-rock Christmas presents for others? XD

I got my brothers the Noesis single, Story single, and FFVII Advent Children soundtrack along with the MGS2 soundtrack.

Not all J-rock, I know, but close enough. Anyone else?

I was about to buy L'Arc's Ark for my brother, but instead ended up buying X-files: season 4, because it has become sort of a tradition I guess. I started out giving him the first season for his birthday some time ago, and now I've reached the forth season. And this way, I won't have to buy those expensive boxes for myself, and I can still follow along with the story line^^.
I think I have some L'Arc doubles to give away as a bonus anyway...

I'm not giving J-Rock for Christmas, but I do know that I'm GETTING Phantasmagoria's Geneizou III DVD... *shrug*

And last year I got Perfect Garden from the coolest guy on the whole damn forum... *looks in general direction of minagoroshi - X's and O's for you*

Whenever I ask my parents, they always say "No, because we want something that will get here in time to be under the tree"

Ugh.

I don't like christmas and my family try to make me feel guilty for not joining in. Just for that I won't be giving any of them my recently recieved copy of Menoire (only waited 14 years for it). Not that they care, having never heard of Jrock.

Bah, humbug.

I usually neither receive nor give anything for Christmas - not because I choose not to, but because I haven't anything to buy for anyone, or anyone to buy me anything. I have a couple of letters to write, but...oh, j-rock for Christmas, yes. The closest thing I can think of to say that would contribute here is that there was a pair of headphones autographed by Yu~ki up for auction last year, that I considered trying to bid on for someone. I never did.

I wouldn't buy jrock stuff for anyone unless they actually liked it. And no one close to me really cares for it. So I get 'em stuff they like. And I've never asked for stuff because we don't really use the Internet for gift-giving. :-P And I don't want people spending that much on me!

I would very much love to buy jrock for all of my friends who love it like I do.

UNFORTUNATELY. Those friends are quite nonexistant. I don't have any friends offline who like any Japanese music at all. I could buy the the latest Kanye West or 50 cent, but certainly not B'z or Dir en grey or MDM.

My family hasn't celebrated Christmas since before I was born, so it doesn't mean much to me anyway.

I bought my Grandmother Cleaver Sleazoid by Dir en grey. She's been wanting it since it came out.

Other than that, no one.

People buy me jrock for christmas. (L'arc~en~ciel- Awake)
And I bought myself a jrock christmas present (Malice Mizer- Sakai chi to bara VHS- woo, yeah!)
Other than that, I made my friend a Malice Mizer mix CD, & designed a pretty cover & everything. It was fun. ^^
But no-one around me likes jrock enough to ask for it for christmas. One of my friends likes Gackt a lot but prefers pretty jewellry (sp?) as presents.

... I actually ordered it last weekend from there (so it'll arrive after Christmas), together with Gazette's "Cassis" Single + DVD Edition , and now it's out of print too *lucky me ^-^*.
